Conveniently located on both route 42 and the New England Highway the motel is in within walking distance of the main shopping street in Warwick (Palmerin St). Rooms are arranged around a courtyard and it's first in best dressed for the parking spaces. Very comfortable bed. I had the small room at the end and I think it was better than the standard rooms as it had the toilet in a separate room to the shower and basin. The TV was on an arm that you could pull out from the wall and swivel around to face the bed. The blinds on the windows are equally clever. Room had microwave, electric jug, cutlery and crockery. Good guest information folder. Small desk and wicker armchair. Recycling bins near reception.

I struggled with the high pillow. The motel provides cutlery, glasses and dishes but nothing to wash up in. It would be good to have had a plastic basin and some dish washing liquid - instead we rinsed everything out in the bathroom sink. The decor is a bit tired but it was comfortable and clean dnd met our needs.

Spacious, good shower pressure and temperature. Lovely room, large TV & good condition. Friendly staff, easy to deal with.

Mattress too soft, but I understand it's hard to cater to all mattress preferences. Whilst the room was clean, the carpets would be in need of a deep clean due to previous guests possibly not taking off their shoes when entering the room.

Room was clean, staff very accommodating to our needs, hotel local to all amenities, rooms very well insulated from the main highway in town, plenty of parking available.

Room could benefit from a larger fridge and maybe a stove but these really aren't essential. Plenty of places to eat around town.

We were pleasantly surprised with the room, it was much better than we expected!! And the owners were great too! We were running a bit later than our planned check in time, so I rang the front desk to let them know and it was no problem at all! Even reminded me to drive safely!!

The owner made contact to advise the room we were booked into had water damage left from the previous persons who had stayed. He had already made arrangements for us to stay at another property, so there was no stress for us at all. This was very much appreciated.

A change of scenery got see visit Jumpers and Jazz in July in comfortable /quite motel close to town and the attractions. Saw our old house and the new renovations that had been done since last year's visit almost didn't recognize.

no parking allocations by rooms parked wherever you wanted.

The family room was spacious but not too big; it felt welcoming. The room was immaculately cleaned & all the facilities & appliances were in perfect working order. Our night time arrival was so pleasant - the lamps & television were on; door unlocked - what a marvellous way to arrive on a chilly & busy night.

The lady at the front desk was so lovely and welcoming. The unit was a bit old however, the bed was comfy, the shower was great and it felt very homey. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again if we happen to be in town.

Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

Parking was very limited with a first in best dressed but we were able to reserve our spot in front of our room for the duration of our stay.
