The room was clean, comfortable, had everything that we needed and was conveniently located to the town. Check in was friendly and check out was easy. I also liked the easy access to clean wheelie bins (for rubbish) near the cars. This meant that I could empty rubbish from my car and I could also dispose of surplus rubbish from my room easily.

The bathrooms were a bit tired with the shower over the bath and still using a shower curtain not glass; and the grouting was gone near the bath/shower taps. But it was clean and the water was hot. There was plenty of bath linen, and the shampoo/soap etc dispensers were all full and clean. The parking was a bit tight so it might be useful to extend the overflow carpark.

We had a spacious room with more facilities than we required. Beautiful view outside the window looking over the creek. Very comfortable bed. The restaurant was convenient and the food was delicious.

There was a little confusion in locating the motel using Google Maps. The restaurant was a little pricey, especially drinks but good meals. There was a slight drip in the shower but the new owners are working hard to provide great service.

Hotel does its job, the main attraction here is the kitchen! Meals value for money ✅ size of meals ✅ the quality of the food was exceptional, delicious and service amazing. Well done you lot!

Nothing to complain about, hotel is what it is.

Accommodation was roomy, clean and comfortable. Crockery and appliances allowed us to eat in room if necessary.

Towels were so thin they resembled large t-towels. Would like to see thicker towels for ease of use.

I don’t eat breakfast, we had a nice stroll around the town centre before Dinner then settled in for an eye fillet steak and veges. All agreed the feed was first rate.

Great value for money. I'm doing more work on the WC and will definitely book with you. I didn't eat with you but will next time. I'll have a sub contractor with me so I'll get them to book with you too.

Better selection of beers would be nice :P Nothing other than that.

During my 3 night stay i met the new owners and to their credit they presented very well with great composure and were just really nice people.

Review some changes made to menu. Don't get me wrong i still enjoyed the food.

Staff were fabulous!! We arrived late and they helped us with a late check in, plus food. Very accomodating. Room was great, nice views. Shower was hot and full pressure, after a day walking Cradle Mt. Couldn’t of asked for a better stay.

Lovely restaurant and friendly staff.

Bed was hard. Units were very outdated and parking was not allocated for each unit so I was forced to park out the back.
