Convenient location and very clean and spacious. Convenient to park the car right outside the door. There is a pool and nice garden surrounding but we didn’t use them as it was winter during our stay. Had dinner at a great pub called the Northo. Enjoyed the Benalla art gallery and gardens.

No one at reception on arrival so I had to phone the number on the door to get instructions. No one on reception at departure time so had to ring a bell to get someone to come to check out. Very hard bed. Time to ditch the lace curtains and fake flowers in the bathroom and old fashioned bed spreads. Would look much better without these. The garden beds near the doors to the rooms need a spruce up.

Couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the cleaners do a fantastic job. The grounds were well kept and maintained. Would highly recommend staying and will stay again when in Benalla.

Unfortunately the guests that were working on the railways were inconsiderate, they were loud and obnoxious late in the evening and loud again in the early morning when leaving. Of course this does not reflect on the motel owners, but was a little disappointing that they were so inconsiderate of others guests.

We were happy with the facilities and it looked like the bathroom had been updated and looked good. The room was extremely clean, black out blinds in the lounge and a nice table with a small table cloth for a nice homey touch. I liked the bathroom presentation. Very noce. The rain shower and hot water was fabulous. As we had a trailer we could park up the back which was great! The staff were very accommodating this way and also i asked for a late checkout which was granted. I didnt need it in the end. Great place to stay and recoup after a long drive. I would stop here again.

I didnt like the old fashioned quilt on the bed. The bed was a tad on the firm side for us but we were that tired it didnt make much difference to us. We faced a main road and there was road noise early on but come 9pm there was none that i heard. I was very disappointed they didnt offer breakfast although there was a toaster if you wanted toast. We had to drive into town and stopped at the Hides bakery for breakfast which was average and expensive!

Room smelt fresh, excellent sheets, comfy bed, quiet great for sleep. Excellent air con I set at 22deg med fan the ac is quiet. The respect for privacy is honorable, like the location not hectic and just out of town. Have stayed here several times and I have a favorite room. Pool looks great been to busy to use it.

No nothing I travel allot and this has been the first hotels that caters well for tech buffs. USB ports plenty of power points and they choose a good tv which has an easy remote. My favorite rooms are 6 & 1.

My wife & I had a lovely stay at the Glider, it was quiet, comfortable, clean & met our needs completely, we would not hesitate to return & I especially enjoyed the swimming pool & the staff were very friendly & helpful:) As the name suggests enjoyed the gliders being towed overhead👍

My wife said that the artificial flowers in the bathroom were extremely dusty & we both found the soap shelf missing from the shower made it a little awkward.

On our way to the snow it was perfect size motel. Room was comfortbale clean had everything we needed. The spa bath was a Hit during the cold nights. The electric blanket on the single bed plug was broken however reception staff gave us extra heating which was nice. Reception guy and cleaning lady very friendly and helpful added to a most pleasant stay.

Nothing was perfect 2 day stay for Us.

The location was out of town but could still be walked.. it made a great leg stretch walking to the lake after a long day of driving. It was easy to find and the room was very quiet. We really didn't notice any traffic noise. The facilities were excellent. It was spacious and clean. We loved the newly refurbished bathroom with a large shower head and spa bath. The spa was just the thing after a long drive.. We liked it so much that we would like to return on a short break holiday. Lovely comfortable stay in a beautiful little town. It was a shame to be in a rush to leave.

The car park was convenient just outside our room. However, there was no reverse parking and we were at the very end so reversing out was a little tight. Really no big deal for us with a small car, but could be awkward on the end unit if you had a big vehicle.

Had to travel to Benella for my sons basketball. The room we stayed in was very clean and the beds nice and comfy. The bathroom was great, newly renovated with big rain shower head. Check in was easy, manager was very pleasant and the location was close to everything. Would be more than happy to stay there again.

Great Air Con for hot weather! Very clean. Not noisy, whilst still being a reasonable walking distance from town. Coffee Van over the road a definite bonus, as was the pool for us big kids. Would stay again, great value for money.

Booked for 3 Adults, but only enough crockery, cutlery & towels for two. But we were able to ask for these and get them. Person on reception not very communicative though.

The location was good for the Hume Highway. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The decor was nice. The bed was comfy. Airconditioning worked well. Car Parking outside your door. Microwave, kettle, toaster and plates and cutlery in the room.

Issue with the hot water in the shower, had the hot water tap running for approx 5mins before the hot water came through even then you didn't need to use the cold water tap.
