Great stay at the M Hotel, great location. The room size was fine for a family of 4. We had the Superior Apartment that was located on the opposite side of the road. We had a king bed and a king sized sofa bed that was made up for us already which was a nice touch as we din't get in until almost midnight. I thought I might have had to do that myself when we got in. Rooms were clean, modern and well kept and had everything we needed for a could of days in town including a washing machine and dryer which we didn'tuse...but would be helpful for some people. The pool was located on the other side but was literally a hop, skip and jump over the road to the pool area which seemed to be nice. My kids really enjoyed it Although my main communication with staff was via phone or Booking.com chat - not so much when we stayed....were really lovely and helpful

My 2 kids slept on the sofa bed, they said was really hard but the pillows were soft. Not really a complaint...they slept ok, but my eldest daughter did mention it. But for a 2 night stay it was fine. The sink we thought to be tiny, particularly when bending over to spit when brushing teeth, but it served it's purpose fine. Not really something we didn't like as such...again more of an observation. First world problems really!

We love the spacious room, as well as there being fantastic facilities if we wanted to cook. Plenty of room for a family of three, two adults and one kiddo. Beds were so nice and comfy. Nothing like sleeping in a king bed on holiday! We were so close to everything, we walked across the street to the pub for dinner. So convenient !

Honestly, there was nothing that jumped out. If I were nitpicking, I’d say the light switch being outside the bathroom, but that’s definitely pulling tiny hairs to find something.

Easy check in procedure, even after hours. The staff were very helpful in the lead up to the stay and very friendly on check out. Really well equipped room, having a washing machine is ideal for long hauls on the road. Room was spacious, the furniture and TV pretty good.

Even though everything related to the property is excellent, be wary of the location if you are a light sleeper. On a Saturday night you are next to a late night bar or something, there was a lot of noise from people passing through or people hanging around the front (This was because I was directly adjacent to it). It might be worth requesting a room away from reception if this is a factor. The road noise in the rain was something to contend with as well.

The room was well appointed and very appreciated after a long day of travelling. Tidy and clean with a comfortable bed and pretty views of grass area and pool. The room also had full kitchen facilities, though we purchased food from the bar area. In the morning, we walked over to the lakes/wetlands area and enjoyed a walk through for about an hour. Back to pack up and check out. The whole experience was easy and would stay again if in the area. Very enjoyable stay.

The only downside was that the on-site bar/dining option was a different establishment, which meant we couldn't take the glasses, etc, back to the room. It had just opened, so the food offerings were limited. Staff were great though and didn't take away from an enjoyable stay

My room was just a regular room and not a suite and it was just perfect for my one person, one night stay. The property is very clean and tidy, well kept. The two staff that I did speak to were so lovely and extremely accommodating. I will continue to stay here whenever I come down this way.

The only critique that I would have is possibly the price for a one night stay, however I do know there is costs that do have to be covered, such as room keeping fees, power and utilities. So I am happy to pay this much to stay here! 😊

m Hotel was a great place to stay clean, with good facilities and in a central location. I would reccomend this as a place to stay for a couple of nights as their were some great food options on site and in the surrounding areas, however I wouldn't stay here again if staying for work.

Having to get up early in the morning I went to bed early but was woken up as the wall insulation wasn't fantastic so I could hear people from the surrounding apartments coming and going throughout the night - even could hear neighbours turn on/off amenities.

Clean, great location, well equipped

3 locations of hotel room site and not informed at booking of this. Beds too soft, cups too high too reach, conditioner dispenser leaked and shower not enclosed so water got everywhere. Heaps of bugs in the pool. No servicing of room on Easter Saturday so room not serviced at all for 3 night stay.

M hotel staff was so friendly, helpful and nothing seemed too much of a request which was so much of a relief.. Facilities was everything you need and more/everything was clean, tidy and accommodating. Thanks so much and we will definitely visit again/and or refer family & friends😀🥰

Bathroom facilities need an upgrade was all really.

The motel has been upgraded since my last stay but some of this work is still to be completed. Room had access onto lawn & pool area as well as to the parking area. We were only staying one night but the room had kitchen facilities including an oven, washing machine and dishwasher. The restaurant has also been upgraded and was very comfortable.

We were 'upgraded' from our booking for a king room to a 'king suite' but with the additions for the kitchen and appliances there was only room for a double bed.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable, one of the best pet-friendly rooms I’ve come across. Location is great with a beautiful walking track just across the road and excellent coffee shop just next door.

The storage in the kitchen area was too high to reach. I had to stand on a chair to get to the crockery! Also a shelf in the shower or near the bathroom vanity would be useful.
