Property was easy to find off the main road. No back streets. Self check-in was super straightforward and easy. Rooms were clean. Bathroom is spacious and the shower was amazing. Staff were very polite and understanding. Amazing staff refunded my second night as I had to leave due to personal reasons. Will be staying here again when travelling to sale. Cheap prices, clean rooms and amazing staff.

Everything was amazing.

Great location, within short walking distance to the Sports Lounge in Sale. Room was a good size for the price paid. Bed was relatively comfy. Bathroom was quite good. TV was gigantic, possibly too big for the room. Fridge worked well. Road noise from the freeway was well supressed, suprisingly so!

Completely digital check-in without seeing a staff member is weird. Doesn't fill you with confidence if things go wrong.

A very welcoming reception. Reception area also contained an abundance of information regarding local (and further afield) attractions. Room was absolutely fabulous, being very tastefully well decorated. Contained a sofa, table and chairs as well as a large comfortable bed. Room also had a large screen television. Also provided was a large array of complimentary beverages and great bench space. Bathroom was of ample size. Breakfast was a veritable Continental Feast, with numerous choices available. If staying in town, an absolute must stay.

The kitchen utilities were complete except for rice cooker and queried with John in regards to rice cooker. I was so impressed when we got into the apartment a brand new rice cooker just been supplied. Also, Motel 7 message me the apartment is ready and we are able to check in before 2pm, that was a bonus. Thank you.

The motel was very god and the rooms were precisely as described. We especially appreciated the fact that we were able to contact somebody late in the evening when we arrived, this person being really kind and for sure helpful. Morever, the team accepted to reimburse one night that we were not able to spend there, entirely our mistake.

Overall the apartment is very nice and good space for 2A2C

Little things that may need a bit of checking to keep the apartment fully function. Like the light on the rangehood, one small light in the kitchen and one electric blanket were not in working condition. Also would be nice to have instruction for the lovely coffee machine. As I was not familiar on how to use it. Internet available but a bit slow.

Good location

I asked for a tax invoice at the reception. They said that they were going to email me a copy. I checked my email 24 hrs afterwards and there was no email. I rang their phone 03-96390555 many times and never got anyone to talk to. Pls contact them and ask them to email me an invoice. Thanks

The location is central to activities we wanted to attend. We had stayed before and found it to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast setup was a great idea. A separate room where you could create your own breakfast. Brilliant idea. So many wonderful options. No hot breakfast but that did not matter to us. Good sized fridge in the room.

My husband found the bed to be hard. Light which comes in through the feature at the top of the door found going to sleep a bit more difficult than if it had been a solid door.

I was really impressed with the state of the room. It was well presented, neat, tidy and clean. I loved that there was a double recliner and massive tv in the room. I loved that i had a microwave. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and so were the pillows. There was absolutely nothing negative to say about the room at all. It was perfect.

The room was spacious and well appointed, with couch, useable table, lots of power points, heated blanket, microwave and pod coffee machine, plus liquid soap rather than single use bars which I like from an environmental perspective. Road noise was minimal and the 24/7 check in machine is very convenient, if a bit back-to-the-future in a world of PIN door locks! The staff were really friendly and I'm grateful for getting a call afterward about a valuable item I'd left in my room.
