Overall the cleanliness of the cabin was good. Close to all facilities and the park was very quiet.

I would recommend that the reverse cycle air conditioning filters be cleaned regularly. The heating did not work when we arrived. We opened the unit to find the filters were full of dust and grime. Upon cleaning, the unit worked a little better. Also, we noticed a dark patch on the bathroom floor in front of the shower door. I recommend this be inspected as I think there may be a leak in the bathroom, potentially damaging the floor. I have photos of the air conditioning filter and the floor for anyone at the park who may want to look into this further.

The cabin had a lot of kitchen items, blankets and towels. The staff were always friendly and the park had a really good safe vibe with kids riding their bikes around all the time. The cabin was fairly large.

The reception area was almost always packed, meaning there was a long wait to book an activity, check in/out or get a coffee. The bathroom floor (in the cabin) was missing grout and so was not comfortable to walk on barefoot.

Cabin was lovely and new, very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. All the amenities were great. There was so much for the kids to do. They absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back

Only minor, but the carts to hire for 30 minutes wasn’t really implemented. We spent a whole day looking to see if one was available and the same kids were on it for hours.

Staff were polite and informative. Large cabin with good-sized lounge/dining area. Great for a family holiday or overnight stay. Comfortable modular lounge. 2 br including walk-in robe in main. Great block out blinds and aircon for summery days. The separate toilet and carport were a bonus.

Cabin could've done with a bit of a spring clean.🕷🪳🕸

The attractions on site for the whole family are a huge bonus. Loved that the park is not overcrowded with cabins, caravan/tent sites which allows you to still have a little bit of privacy with your family.

We only stayed for 1 night, so access to something basic for a quick bite to eat before the 10am checkout would be a bonus.

Ease of check in, very clean and close to Traralgon for everything you need

The glass sliding door lock had previously been damaged and not fixed. We couldn’t lock the door at all. Only the external security door could be locked but the key we had didn’t lock that properly every time either. And no ice cube trays in the freezer, need those in summer surely.

An amazing place to stay with kids for a long weekend. Lots of things to do within the park. The play centre is a fantastic inclusion that the kids loved and the camp kitchen is the best I’ve seen in a park.

The oven in the cabin took a long time to heat up, so we struggled with cooking. The pool is on the small side, too.

We loved our stay here. We travelled as a family with two young boys, they had such a blast using all the facilities and loved our little orange house. We recommend for families. The pool was sometimes late to open which was a little annoying as we have earlier risers, but other than that everything was great.

Can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t order. The location was perfect for us as we had places to go in Moe, Morwell and Traralgon so we were perfectly placed. The cabin was a great size for us as we really didn’t spend much time there.

We didn’t use any facilities other the the cabin so don’t have any any complaints.

The whole facility was very neat, lots of supply and tools Lots of activities for kids, tho we didnt have the chance to use the pool or spa but everything looked good It was good to see other caravans around with other people camping as well.

If there is one thing I was a bit disatified is the BBQ place as there wasnt many outdoor BBQ area to be used. We only saw 2 spot for the outdoor bbq and it was both already occupied by others so we didnt have the chance to use it.
