Stunning location, 25 min walk to the cable car up to the top of Innsbruck or the train down to the centre. Lovely big room, big bed and nice bathroom. Balcony was nice to sit out after a long day of walking. The breakfast was UNBELIEVABLE! I've never stayed anywhere with much on offer, the cold buffet was extensive and the highlight of our visit, the fresh fruit was very welcome. All the morning staff were very nice, helpful and happy to speak English as our German is pretty bad even though we try. The welcome card is really useful for discounts and travel. On the day of my birthday we return back to the room to a lovely gift box of chocolates ❤️

The pillows were not to our liking but I think that's just a personal thing. The room was a bit warm but we found a fan in the hallway which helped. We opted for self check-in as we arrived slightly early so sadly we didn't meet our hosts, it would have been nice to have met them on the first day for some local personal knowledge but we found the leaflets and books available very helpful as a guide.

This property was the highlight of our little Austrian vacation. The rooms face the mountains in front and the meadows in front are blanketed with wild flowers. Our evenings were quiet and peaceful as we enjoyed the calmness of nature. There’s a massive alpine playground just outside the property which our child enjoyed the most. The rooms are nice and the rustic vibe of the whole chalet was very charming. This is a family run property who were very kind and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was exceptional, the presentation inspired us a lot ! We went there to get closer to nature and have a nice little peaceful getaway and weren’t disappointed. The property is close to many hiking trails so there’s a lot to explore around the area. They have a nice pool too and we dipped ourselves in the evening after a nice hike in the area. They also have a small honesty bar incase you need snacks in the evening.

There aren’t any supermarkets nearby, like none for miles as you will be on top of a hill. So plan accordingly. You need a car to get here for sure, can’t be reached with public transportation. No restaurants in the area except for one nearby ( this one stays closed on a few days of the week) or food delivery options as you will be away from the hustle bustle of the city.

The hotel-pension was really comfortable and the owners were friendly and welcoming to me and my family. The room was very clean and comfortable and the space was perfect for us 2 adults and two toddlers. My kids loved the kids play room it was right near the breakfast room. The view was breathtaking and air was really fresh and natural up there at the property location. Parking was perfect right at the property in front of the entrance. The decorations and the real atmosphere of the property was perfect. We loved it. Thank you for everything

Where do I start .... I enjoyed staying here enormously. From the beautiful hydrangea, to the easy parking. The comfy sun loungers and different areas to relax. The smell of the pine trees and the wonderful building (original and new buildings were absolute joy to spend time in and were spotlessly clean). The friendly people working there and the tasty, fresh breakfast. I liked the location, close to the centre of town but far enough away to feel like I was half way up a mountain in the trees.

I didn't like that I couldn't fully open up the big doors in our room because we were using the sofabed. Not much we could do about that though and we were still able to open them partly.

The hotel and location are amazing! It took about 25 Min by foot from the bus station. For me it was fine, I enjoyed the nature on my way to hotel every day :) The rooms have a nice mountain view and, as other already said in feedbacks, breakfast is very diverse and they have a nice terrace for breakfast! I had a room with a balcon and it was just perfect :) At my birthday I had a perfect brekfast with a mountain view. And the staff even prepared for me a little compliment! I was very surprised and it definetely made my day! I would love to stay again there and wish the owners good look!

Very comfortable room, great bed, spotlessly clean, amazing breakfast, and nestled in some absolutely incredible scenery. The owner Stephanie, was lovely, very helpful with info about getting around Innsbruck. The only thing to bear in mind (and this can either be a positive or a negative depending on what you want) is that there is a 1.8km walk to the bus stop to get into town and there wasn't many other food options open when we were there.

It feels like you’re already in the mountains, even though you’re close to the city. 20 minutes walk to Nordkette lift. 30 minutes walk downhill to the city center. Great view from balcony. The restaurant nearby was great.

I unfortunately heard neighbors snoring behind the wall. Breakfast is quite rich but I think there should be a clear list of additional scrambled eggs or omelettes you can order from the kitchen. No refrigerator in the room. Would be great to have one to keep some drinks cold. Bathroom facilities feel a bit dated. Pool area is very basic.

Loved the location and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

No bar at the property so either had to sit in our room or go to a neighbouring restaurant. The food was great at the restaurant though.

great hotel, I made a mistake with our booking and we arrived a day early...I know, don't ask... but lucky for us, there where still rooms available. the road towards the hotel is challenging at first if you take the "steep" one, but no big issues. great breakfast and very helpull staff.

That was greater than we expected. Great location - close to the several hiking trails with different difficulty, to the mountain lift (25-30 min by walk), to the city. View is amazing, staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great with very broad variety. Everything was exceptional and wonderful. Thank you so much!
