We looked for simple place to sleep. This is nice hotel with soul. Room small, but cosy. AC was very welcome in hot weather. Everything clean, staff cool and friendly, reasonable breakfast. We admired after long night, that breakfast was till 10:30 and check out till 11:00. Parking in front of hotel (we have been lucky!) Parking house around the corner… Thumbs up!

Free parking in front of the hotel. 2 minutes from the train and bus, which makes it very easy and fast to get to the center of Vienna. The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is neat and clean. The room is small but with everything you need. The hotel has good heating and the breakfast is decent and tasty, with everything you need.

This was a very pleasant, cozy, family-run place. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and nice. The location was superb, right in front of the train station, and only a few minutes walk from the monastery. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel's cafeteria is open till very late.

Everything was great except the breakfast service. Food is not so great but still ok but just staffs were not so friendly. We couldn't get proper supply of food and table as there were short of staffs. Nonetheless everything met my satisfaction. There were free parking lot, and also S-bahm station was just in front of hotel therefore it is easy to go to any tourist places in Vienna City-Center or palace. Room is not noisy at all even if the train was passing time to time. Also room was warm enough and bed was comfortable.

The location was excellent for us, close to Happy Land where my son plays basketball and his apartment. The staff was polite and very helpful. The restaurant was very good. The hotel was also very quiet during sleeping hours.

The bathrooms maybe could have bigger, thicker towels and also wash clothes.

Access and car parking . A nice cut old style Austrian hotel with a good weiner menu..A very comfortable bed and a warm room too.

Room rather small and a few steps to negotiate after using the elevator. Not much dislike unless you expect somewhere rather swish. If that's what you want then you can find it in spades in Vienna.

Did not have the breakfast. Enjoyed the very kind staff, and the restaurant. Great location at an unexpected low cost. My window faced the Abbey and loved the bells Christmas day!

No wash cloths in Austria

Familly hotel, bar open until late, reception lady very friendly, she asked kids if they want to eat something even we arrived late at 21:50, kitchen close at 22:00 but they want to offer if we need. Everything great!

Very central location just opposite the station. Room was spacious and clean. Added bonus was the bath which helped after riding down from Passau.. good breakfast with continental choice.

Its close to the railway so it can be some noise.
