The hotel breakfast was very good, buffet style with ample choices and fresh fruit as well. Reception is 24/7 and the staff are helpful & knowledgeable about the many aspects of attractions and tours. Special thanks to Bronny & Angela at reception for their help and pleasant smiles. Karolyn the food and beverage manager was also very professional and helpful. Location of the hotel was 5 minutes walking distance to trams taking you into the city centre, buses were right in front of the hotel. Trains were also a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Good hotel. The room is comfortable, included small kitchen. Bed big with a good mattress. The breakfast was very good with all options and choices like vegetables, sausages, cheeses, cornflakes, cakes, fruits etc. The hotel and the room is very clean, also the room was cleaned every day, also fresh towels. Staff is friendly. The location about 30 min way by public transportation to the city center. I am very recommending to stay in this hotel. Good value for your money.

The problem is the condition Turn Off automatic every time, also at 2 o'clock on the morning, so you need to Turn it On because it is impossible to sleep without air condition.

A nice hotel with a welcoming staff. We stayed at the hotel for a week. In addition to the standard of a hotel, the hotel offers a variety of additional activities such as: a gym, sauna, kitchen that includes utensils for eating and cooking.We stayed in a double room. The room is comfortable and spacious. Spacious shower. Dining room offers a variety of cold cuts, cheeses, jams, salads, and breads. There is a supermarket on both sides of the hotel for buying food.

The hotel is a bit far from the center and two bus lines are needed to reach the tourist attractions. There is no parking on site. The hotel is built lengthwise and there are stairs in the hallway, which is difficult for elderly guests.

Our stay at the Living Hotel Kaiser Franz Joseph was exceptional. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Vienna, yet it is conveniently connected to the city center. The accommodations are spacious, comfortable, and functional, featuring a kitchenette, which was particularly important to us. The staff members are very friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere that felt like home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and quality stay in Vienna.

I stayed in the "Superior Room with Terrace". The view was very nice from the terrace where, if it wasn't raining, it was very nice to stay. The pictures on the website are relevant. The bedroom is on the upper floor, while the living room and kitchen are on the entrance level. It is a great choice, and I was pleasantly impressed by how the space was optimized to include everything you might need. However, this comes at the cost of limited free space ;) The area is very good with access to public transport and supermarkets. It is definitely a very good option for Vienna and I will book again on my next trip.

Unfortunately, we stayed during a period when some of the rooms on our floor were being refurnished, which, understandably, did not enhance our comfort ;)

Clean well well-managed modern hotel with a nice upmarket feel to it. Good sized room which was on two levels with two toilets and two TV's! Breakfast was fine with all the usual continental food offered. Nice lounge and bar area with some outside seating in a small garden. Easy connection to the city centre via bus, tram or train all within a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Our balcony had stairs to the next room's balcony which took up a lot of the space available and made sitting on the balcony less enjoyable. The kitchenette had a sink, microwave and two-ring cooker. However, there were no kitchen utensils, saucepans dishes or cutlery. Apparently, the system seems to be you ask for what you need and they get it from their kitchen for you. That seems a bit restricting on your ability to make a quick meal in your room. The hotel is advertised as an Aparthotel with a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment was the perfect size for myself and my 17 year old daughter. We both had our own space. The surrounding area is peaceful, and shops, cafés and restaurants are on your doorstep. Public transport is amazing which is needed because it's a little bit of a distance from the city centre. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Angela at reception. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I love the area, although a bit far from the main attractions. Public transport is great, tho. Both rooms I booked for the family were tidy, but a little dull and old. We all agreed the beds were comfortable enough. I appreciate that there were plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby. The bartender makes amazing cocktails!

To park the car in an underground and rather creepy garage, we paid 40 euros (2 nights stay). There is a lot of noise from the neighbours and the walls are very thin, it was almost never fully quiet. We didn't receive slippers or a bathrobe, which is simply unacceptable considering the price. Small toiletries were not included (although we received shareable ones).

Friendly and helpful staff, really nice location (30min by transport to the very city center) and comfortable room. Wonderful terrace and view! Water and beer in the fridge saved us when we arrived late at night and had nothing ♥️

It would be great if there were different or individual tubes for shampoo and shower gel, but it's common at the hotels now that there is only one shampoo/gel tube so it's not smth negative.

Very functional hotel, clean and comfy. Nice working desk and hangout area. Shower was awesome. Staff were nice and helpful. Space for parking.

A few weird (but fixable) things: 1. the bathroom door next to the bed was clear, so one person using the bathroom in the night could wake the other by turning on the light 2. lack of plates or silverware in the room 3. heat was set to very high level when we got there and the heating controls were hard to figure out
