The room was great, very comfortable beds, everything was excellent clean, and I recommend the rooms. The location of the hotel is also great, very close to metro station and other transport options. The public garage is also very close. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The only thing that could be better is the breakfast, not just because there was no bacon like other people mentioned (I read the reviews before booking). There was lack of variety in breakfast options, for example only one type of müsli, no pancakes, the cakes and croissant were not fresh like they were like when you buy in the store a big package with longer use date. For improvement I suggest home baked cakes (not from the store) and french toast and pancakes.

I had a wonderful experience at Vayalen Boutique Hotel! Due to an unexpected flight change, I needed to adjust my reservation dates, and the hotel staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Loved staff frt desk..bfast & cleaning staff the best. Frt desk staff helpful..Daniel was tops for tour info and suggestion of restaurants. Adequate bfast....lift available...huge room and fab showers & lighting..beds on firm side ..used 2 duvets to soften. Opening windows so nice..we were kn 2nd FL. Bar area on 1st floor plus had soda. Refrigerator in room & hairdryer.

Kleenex not avaliable ..minor inconvenience overall. McDonald's walking distance & open midnight..lots of Vienna closes at 8 pm!!!!. We were surprised.

The location was excellent, right near the subway station and only 10 minute walk to the centre, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was big and comfortable and the central heating kept it nice and warm on cold December days. The breakfast was really good, hot and cold options and good coffee.

The room was not finished to a great standard, the electric socket next to my side of the bed was broken so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. There was a kettle provided but nowhere to plug it in close by so we had to move it to the floor near the only working bedside socket to use it, tea and coffee were provided but only for the first night, we had expected it to be replaced daily for the price we had paid per night but unfortunately it wasn’t.

I like the interior design of the lobby, breakfast room, the halls and the room. Easy checkin although I was confused with the hotel name and location. The utilities are all great and I had a pleasant stay. I like the meal served for breakfast and actually like the coffee!

The pillows are not good to to sleep in. Its too big and thick. The air conditioner in my room was not working but can hardly complain about it as I can still open the window a bit for ventilation and the weather was cold so it was a bit fair

- beautiful room, new furniture, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with huge shower and amazing lights for makeup! - position: underground station and tram stop are just around the corner - good value for the price!

- we had to cross a courtyard to reach our room because it was in a detached side of the building: not very comfortable especially at night, because there was no light. But I think they’re still working on the renovation of the whole hotel - the breakfast wasn’t very rich. Nice but not too rich

Breakfast setup was great. It has everything you needed. Location is good. Very accessible to city center.

The location of the room is quite removed. It really took a minute to get there (up/down multiple rounds of stairs). The fridge in the room turns off when you pull the room card out, so be mindful that you get two cards; we only had one. Space was quite constricted.

All the staff were available, polite and delightfully kind. The room was very comfortable and clean. The closeness to 2 lines of metro made easy to reach any place in vienna. Grocery stores close and also many bars and nice restaurants! I recommend this hotel, especially for long stays!

I loved everything of this hotel!

The room is large and comfy. The bathroom is roomy and clean. The breakfast was really good. They provided a good range of food/drinks. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent to where our conference was and a few stops away from the centre. I definitely recommend it.

Lack of sockets near the bed to charge our phones. Rest, I really can't complain.

1 minute walk to Metro station which gets you to the city centre in 10 mins or less. Proprietor very pleasant and helpful with very good English. Breakfast substantial, but the bread was a bit tasteless (not like a fresh baguette in France or Spain) Didn't know when we were coming but he told us about the train to the airport from nearby station (1 stop on metro) which only cost about 4 euro and took only 20 mins. There are a few nice restaurants only a few mins walk, and an Irish pub with excellent Guinness, cheaper than at home.

No tea / coffee making facilities in room, nor in hotel (dining room only for breakfast).
