The room was a nice size, comfortable & clean with all amenities supplied. The hotel is located in a secure & well-maintained golf estate surrounded by lovely greens all around, 20 mins drive from the airport. The ambience & decor of the restaurant is warm, elegant & bright with lovely views across the estate from large windows. The breakfast was very good & more than enough for us. What really stood out was the helpfulness & professionalism of the staff, both at the restaurant & the reception area. who were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service with a smile. There's a handy convenience store/mini supermarket just across the street from the hotel, with a nice variety of provisions.

There was an unpleasant drain smell at the lift lobby on the 1st floor. The shower water splashes outside the shower cubicle as the room is an accessibility/wheelchair friendly room (which didn't apply to us), so I guess that's just how it has to be. There's slightly too much furniture in the room which we felt would have been more spacious without the 2-seater couch & extra table.

The room was very clean and equipped with the required facilities. The view over the golf course was spectacular

Noisy extractor in the shower/ toilet. Lack of understanding by one of the restaurant staff : asked for omelette without salt and cheese with lots of vegetables. The opposite was presented (salty, cheesy no veggies). Couldn’t eat the omelette and had no time for a reorder due to tee off.

Location is near to airport Staff attitude is perfect, especially Javad (the receptionist) who has been very beefy helpful and did his level best to accommodate our requests. Hotel facilities are good, good academy, trampoline for kids (with a separate charge) Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good Overall worth a stay for relaxation away from Baku city noise and traffic

Beautiful surrounds as it's a golf course! Soft beds, pristine bedding and the room was spotless. Modern facilities including tv, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, fresh bottled water every day. We upgraded to a large balcony room and it has lovely views around the resort. Restaurant excellent with very attentive staff. Reasonable rates and decent choice of local & international dishes. Utterly glorious 2 days spent here after a horrific experience elsewhere in Baku! And, they don't tell you, but you can get a bucket of balls to hit in the driving range free of charge!

If I were to nitpick, the bathroom is too warm and the shower too hot for my partner's tastes.

Very helpful staff in the reception, diligent and cooperative. Rooms are well sized and have all required amenities. location is close to airport so it is a perfect choice for short travels or next day fly out

If you are trying to see Baku, location of the hotel will not serve you as it is far from city center.

Good Place to live near Airport almost only 10 Minutes distance, Good Society, Room was Clean, Gym was great. Restaurant was great with good food. Super Market is in-front of hotel, also park is their for children and I got chance to play free Golf first time, It was excellent opportunity to play Golf in a beautiful atmosphere. 😊 My children make some comments on papers because they like it.

Even though we booked room for 4 and paid for 4 (parents plus two kids) only king size bed was prepared,..sofa did not have bed linen, which was very uncomfortable. We liked the place anyway, but this was dissapointing.
