Beautiful, well equipped, not crowded , very comfortable for any type of group travelling, we were there with our 4yo and it was very pleasant The breakfast buffet is spectacular, with caviars and etc local specialties, as well as good coffee. The lounge restaurant open 24hr is the best as they cook you whatever from the menu very fast, you can choose the seat at the table or sofa, the service is impeccable, even when my daughter fell asleep before the soup arrived, she kept sleeping on the sofa for 2hrs and then served a soup😂😂

The people at the reception don’t provide any information or services on how to explore the city of Baku or the surroundings, no map, no info, nothing. Maybe it’s their strategy to keep the guests inside the hotel but it’s ridiculous, in the end i had to look for and book everything online, tnk god Bolt works well and therr are services like Tripster. Also there is no change of cash into local money, you are proposed to use a cash machine, and it was out of service for sometime :/

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Baku airport. It’s the perfect choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience without being far from the terminal. The breakfast was excellent – a generous and varied spread with fresh local and international options, beautifully presented and constantly replenished. A great way to start the day! The restaurant and bar were also impressive. The food was delicious, with a mix of Azerbaijani and European dishes, and the bar had a good selection of drinks in a relaxed setting. What truly stood out was the staff – incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone needing a great hotel near the airport with top-notch service and amenities.

The hotel is very close to the airport, but without a clear footpath they are more than happy to provide a car to pick you up and drop you off. The communication around this was excellent and the man who picked me up at the airport was delightful. On arrival the reception staff were wonderful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I only stayed one night and would have loved to have stayed longer

I didn’t request anti allergy pillows so absolutely my fault but I think that they use feather pillows and quilts. It was incredibly comfortable so no real complaints

We stayed one night in between our flights. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful building, the staff is very polite and friendly, the room was comfortable and very clean, the breakfast was superb. We had a complimentary transfer from and to the airport, which was a pleasant bonus. After checking out in the morning we left our luggage at the reception, free of charge, and went to Baku Old Town, which is a gem. Coming back, we still had some time before our flight, so we had the opportunity to get changed and have a drink on the comfortable sofas in a beautiful lobby before taxi took us back to airport. We'll definitely stay in Fly Inn Baku again.

The staff was great, same goes to the transportation from/to the airport. A nice gentleman even helped me to deliver my luggage to the security check in the terminal. Most of the staff spoke Russian, but communication using English was also easy. My room was upgraded free of charge. The meal at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The lobby was nicely decorated to the New Year's Eve. Closeness to the airport is the main pros - 1 or 2 mins ride, I think.

Although my room was upgraded, I didn't feel anything special other than a standard room with water, kettle, slippers, bath robes. So, it's not like I disliked something, but I'd say that the stay was a bit pricey for what I actually got. I can suppose where the price comes from, but I was not able to experience it. And it was a bit cold in the room, had to wait for some time under the blanket to make the room warmer.

We were given a room we asked for, so we were happy. My partner was able to do a bit of plane spotting on our last night of holiday. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ample and varied. We took a bolt taxi into the centre ( mad drivers) very cheaply and saw the major sights. We ate in the restaurant in the evening which was OK your normal airport hotel kind of fayre. We didn't get to use the facilities unfortunately but the pool looked lovely. Would stay there again

The hotel staff is very helpful, I exchanged messages with the administration to arrange free transfer and to remove breakfast option, and they responded fast and attended to every request. The hotel is within a short walk from the airport, but I still asked them to send a driver to avoid walking through a big car park between the airport and the hotel. I also liked the environment around the hotel, the building sits in a wooded area, a nice place to have a short walk around. The size of my room was huge, and the hotel provided a full set of toiletries, and even a bath robe!

The only inconvenience is that they asked for a bank card on arrival to make a payment, which means that using booking.com only works for reservation, but the actual payment should be done on site by presenting the card, the same one used for booking. To work around this issue the hotel sent me a link to make a payment a day or two in advance, because my mum travelled alone and obviously did not have my bank card. I'd also wish they could start serving breakfast 1.5-2 hours earlier than they do given that quite a few international flights from Baku airport depart at 7 o'clock in the morning meaning the traveler leaves the hotel at 5:00 to 5:30 am, and a possibility to have breakfast from 5:00 in the morning would be much appreciated, since their breakfast is really good!

The hotel’s proximity to the airport makes it perfect for those on a stopover or travelers from other cities in Azerbaijan needing to catch a late-night or early-morning flight. Breakfast was nice, restaurants staff was courteous. There’s a cafe downstairs which is also nice, the lady server was sweet and helpful.

The reception and room service staff were slow to respond when we requested a two-pin plug, as all our chargers were three-pin. It took them a long time to provide it, and they kept insisting they didn’t have one. This was disappointing, as a hotel should have these accessories available. Although they eventually arranged it after we lodged a formal complaint and even threatened to ask for a refund to stay elsewhere, the delay was frustrating.

Location is very convenient. We had 17 hours between our flights so we book a hotel next to the airport. Room is big, bed is comfortable, we had everything we need, so can't complain. We use indoor pool and showers. There is another pool outside but it was too hot for us(it was over 30C outside). Everyone in hotel was friendly and helpful. Thank you.

We had to book 2 nights to stay from 1am to 4 pm of the same day but that's hotel's system,it is just inconvenient. Other than that is great hotel, great amenity, great people. Will definitely stay again.
