Everything about this hotel is exceptional. We were greeted by Nino and Stefan upon our arrival and they were pleasant from the start to finish. We stayed in the half chalet which is detached at the back of the hotel, it's very cosy and perfectly heated. We ate downstairs one night at the restaurant which was a great change from the traditional Bulgarian food we had each other night. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to do on our day off from skiing. The lobby was great Stefan had a signature cocktail menu he created and all of them we tried were fantastic. Nino would drive us to the ski lift each morning after breakfast it was so convenient. A lovely family run hotel, highly recommended. Quiet and away from the busyness on the main street.

We stayed in January, we received such a warm welcome from the host who brought us to the ski chalet room we were staying in. Such a cosy place heating on when we arrived downstairs was a sitting room with dining area and a kitchen and bathroom upstairs was two bedrooms and two bathrooms which were very comfortable and quiet. The shower was powerful with lots of hot water and towels supplied. We had dinner in oscars restaurant attached to the hotel where are host was the chef. Such beautiful decor and a great menu the food was delicious and he had a great knowledge of wines and he does wine tasting and tours during the year. The host also was so helpful with our luggage and has ski storage available also five star for service by this hotel

Nothing all was great

This place it an absolute joy. We were a group of friends having the best time. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfasts and dinners are amazing. The hotel lounge with the fireplace and the bar are so cozy. Nino, the manager, is amazing. He drove us to and from the gondola every day even though the hotel was just a few minutes' walk. Just so we won't have to carry our equipment. We got a discount for our equipment rental through the hotel. 10/10 place, we will be coming back next season, no question.

The owner was super friendly and the service was amazing. He was very willing to help with everything and give us a lift from the hotel to the gondola and back whenever we needed it. Also the breakfast was delicious and we also tried the cheese platter with local wine and loved it. Fully recommended for couples or groups of friends.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious chalet. The perfect place to stay in Bansko! Lovely bar. Very helpful stay and complementary shuttle service to the gondola.

Absolutely everything was top class. The accommodation is around a 15 minute walk to the old town and chairlift. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The restaurant was excellent with very good food and an incredible wine list and the host was very knowledgeable of the local wines Not only does this property provide accommodation but you can take a private tour of the vineyards or organise transfers to and from the airport or to the nearby bear sanctuary in absolute luxury in the motel's private vehicle. The host is fluent in number of languages including: English, Spanish and Russian...maybe more 😀 I highly recommend this accommodation- don't look anywhere else!

Very cosy chalet really warm and neat! Location is great. Staff was also great!

The couch on the living room felt really dirty as it was full of stains and dirt that was built over it over time. Also, the property's description on booking was pointing out the fireplace as the best feature of this property but when we asked for logs to light it up, the hotel charged us 15 euro for a big basket of logs.. In our opinion the logs should be included in the room's price or if otherwise, to at least mention in the property's description on booking that there's a price of 15eur for being provided with logs for the fireplace.

The chalet was lovely. It was also well-heated, which is essential for drying your ski clothes at the end of the day. We also had a private entrance which made it really easy to get back from nights out. The owner Dayan was also such an accommodating host. He drove us to and from the ski lift every day, provided snacks during our transfer, and was always happy to teach us about Bulgarian culture and history. I would definitely stay here again!
