All I liked and enjoyed in the hotel, but specially People ! Amazing kind and beautiful people.

The hotel is very good, ideal for a family with small children, the food is excellent, everyone will like it. The aqua park is interesting for children. A ten for the animators who keep the children in the mood all day long, and make interesting parties for adults every evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6-day stay. I sincerely recommend it to everyone.

I didn't like the parking fee of 10 euros per day for parking on the side of the road, towards the hotel, under the trees. Parking fees for guests should definitely be abolished.

In terms of value for money, this is a great option for the money. I liked everything, the food, the drinks, the water park.

The hallway was a bit dirty, but otherwise I liked everything

Fabulous, loved the hotel, the water park was great fun for the children, they had the most amazing time , food was incredible, delicious, very generous and available all day long , pool food was amazing, freshly made pizza chips plus’s many many other choices plus treats cakes biscuits tea coffee ice cream. The children played hard and burnt off energy and enjoyed all the snacks plus breakfast lunch and dinner in the restaurant plus more snacks with the evening entertainment, just amazing. The location is also great for the beach and promenade, the children enjoyed the sea and making sandcastles😁👍

Large, confortable and clean rooms, nice pools and children facilities (aqua tubes etc). Food is ok, still repeating every day or not being refilled during meal hours. So if you don t arrive at the begining, not so many options to choose from. Overall average conditions.

The hotel beach is very far away, you need to take a shuttle which is theoretically promoted as free of charge, but you must pay for the sun bed (30 leva). When you arrive at the beach you need to pay extra 3 leva if you want a mattress for the chair. Parking is available for 20 leva/night if you are lucky to find any available slots.But you need to leave your car full period there because you get blocked or loose you slot if you take it out of the parking lot.

All in all, great value for the low price. Reading reviews wasn't expecting daily room cleaning, but they did. There is good variety of food for any age and preference. Very entertaining playgrounds and slides for children. Being 2 hotels, you can use the facilities from both of them, which offers an unexpected variety

The beer is mostly water - didn't even get a buzz from it. Animators don't do many activities with children, only face painting and group activities that are mostly oriented for adults. You only get one set of pool towels per stay. Any addition ones come with a cost.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Excellent food - varied and tasty food. The room has a balcony and air conditioning. The room is spacious enough. Separately, I want to note the work of the animators. The guys are doing their job well. Children and adults are always happy to have fun with them.

Not very clean bedding. I had to ask to change the bed linen. Also not very good housekeeping. The floor was often poorly cleaned. Separately, I want to note the parking. It is paid, costs 10 euros per day. Although the parking area is not fenced and due to the large number of cars it was difficult to park my car. In fact, the car was left in the "forest", between the trees on the side of the road. There was no designated place.

Everything beside the parking and the manager lady from the reception who clearly don’t know that is not a coustomer fault that they don’t have enough parking spot for their room.. she doesn’t know how to de escalate a conversation.. there were people who come after us even though we had there first for our reservation.. so -10000 for the manager lady and for the Parking

The parking areas.. they don t understand if you pay for a parking lot is your for the days you pay.. but if there is somebody in front of you and want to leave you have to come from the beach to move the car even though you paid for the spot so that is a stupid thing to do paying for parking when you have to move your car every time someone want to leave or go with the car somewhere

Nice animation team, involving kids and entire family. Close to the beach, 7 minutes normal walk from hotel. Plenty of various food, also ok with the drinks, deserts and ice cream. Clean everywhere - in the room and in the shared spaces (pools, lunch areas). Hotel staff was ready to help.

I wish we had been informed that there are 2 hotels - one next to the other - and that we can use all the facilities ( the evening family activities and the playroom were in the other hotel and we found out only on the last day).

It was clean, did the rooms every day. The staff was friendly, recommended really nice stuff for us. The apartment was really big and we even got seaview🥰. The food varied and it was impossible not to find something for each member of our family.

Not a problem for us, but for families with small children, it is a little far from the beach, and high on the hill. There was little to none entertainment at evening, but we went walking on the promenade at it was really fun
