The hotel is fully refurbished and it looks luxurious, with spacious rooms, good views, silent surrounding and fresh air. The SPA area is of high quality, with many different saunas and steam baths, as well as relax areas.

The space and the sunbeds around the inner pools are very limited and there are not enough sunbeds for the clients when the hotel is full. The small hot tubes in the outside area do not have handrails to support a person when entering or leaving them, which causes troubles to some people and there is no hangers to leave bathrobes and they should be put on the ground, which is a problem when it is wet or urges clients to look for a burrs in the pines, which is also a problem when the ground is wet and can lead to injuries taking into account that the slippy ground. However, the most noticeable flaw is the lack of any entertainment during evenings which is strange for such luxurious hotel taking into account its remoteness from the city.

I booked a zen vacation for myself, my mother and my 83 years old grandmother and this place gave us all the zen one can imagine! The atmosphere inspired the most inner relaxation and peace one can experience! The SPA was incredible and the staff was absolutely outstanding! The food, OMG, the food was amazing!!! Overall, by far, this was the best customer service and care I have experienced and I have vacationed around the world!!!

This is adults only hotel, which is exactly what we needed. However, it allows small pets and that can be a distruption of peace. My recommendation would be that pets are not allowed. Don't get me wrong, I have two huskies and I am a dog lover but it is not the place for dogs, even small ones as they bark more then larger breeds.

It’s a beautiful hotel was a great spa area. The food in the half board package was soooo good. It’s better than most restaurants in Sofia. The buffet was so rich in choice. Room is spacious. Comfortable. Great hotel

Omg, the staff. I know the owners can’t do much. But the lobby bar people are always on their phones, just ignoring the world. Some of the breakfast people, grumpy. Every time I walked in reception area there were 3-5 people on their phones ignoring the hotel. It’s crazy. First time I have seen such poor staff attitude in a 5* hotel (we spend 100 night an year in such places, I know what I mean)

the food, the setting, the atmosphere, the spa facilities, everything was to a very high standard, the staff attitude and readiness to help. we have visited a lot of countries and different hotels and this one is definitely one of the top quality ones. It’s the small details such as the welcome drinks and biscuits, the complimentary refreshments in the spa, the gorgeous smell in the corridors. Can’t wait to return again next year!

it was waaaay to hot in the rooms and very difficult to sleep because of this. we tried to switch the heating off but didn’t seem to work. it will be good to maintain 20 degrees Celsius temperature at least in the bedrooms to promote healthy sleep environment.

A high end SPA hotel with great facilities and excellent design. Every little detail has been carefully considered. The apartment we booked was extremely spacious and very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

We were surprised to find out that small items / services such as coffee capsules, water and ironing services came at a cost. For the premium price we paid for two nights (close to BGN 1,700), one would think that we would get a premium service. Clearly the issue is not with the extra 10-16 BGN but just something to think about :)

Everything was great, staff catered to all our needs with attention and a smile, the food was excellent - delicious and beautifully presented gourmet food, spa facilities were clean, well maintained, and diverse. Pool water was warm and clean. Free yoga sessions were available. Massages were good, we recommend the man masseuse. Overall 10 out of 10. P.S. I have read a few bad comments about the dogs. First of all, these are the guard dogs of the complex. And second of all, they are one of the most loveable and well-mannered dogs I have ever seen in my life. So if you like dogs, you would be in for a treat.

One thing I would suggest the owner is to provide a barista course to the employees at the bar. We are huge coffee lovers, who cannot be satisfied with an average cup of coffee. Let us say the coffee that was made and given to us was less than average. This is simply because the employees did not know how to use the resources available. This is an easy fix, with the right training.

Pools, SPA, Restaurant, Breakfast - everything is great! The staff is polite and well trained. Excellent cook in the restaurant - very tasty.

We rented an apartment on two floors. Two problems - upstairs bathroom was smelling from time to time and we had to call the staff to fix this twice. Also, one of the bedrooms did not have windows that could be opened by us - only one on the roof, which we could not reach. And the air outside was excellent - pitty. Also airconditioning in that room was not working. At this price point I would expect not to have such glitches in the experience.

Beautiful, newly renovated property on the edge of Chepino, set amidst a deep pine tree forest. Spacious and tastefully furnished rooms and suites facing the forest, a gorgeous spa with multiple indoor and outdoor mineral water pools and delicious food at the Pashmina restaurant make this an amazing spot for a weekend retreat of rest and relaxation.

Having to pay €2 for in-room coffee pods at a 5-star property is a ridiculous. Coffee and tea amenities are a basic at much simpler hotels and must always be complimentary.

Great design, comfortable room, outstanding food, nice staff (for the most part).

Housekeeping service needs improvement and the staff proper training. Finding the garbage left by the housekeeper on the sink countertop was unbelievable, as well as taking out of the slot the e-key and leaving the room without power and A/C was unacceptable. Moreover,, not changing the bed sheets on day two is unacceptable for a five-star hotel, as is not washing the used glasses or not supplying complimentary bottle of water.

One of the gems in our country (I'm from here), frankly I have not yet seen this level of service and comfort in Bulgaria, this was a really pleasant surprise. The breakfast and dinner menu are just outrageously good, especially the specialties in the dinner menu each night. The hotel is 14+ years old only, so this probably further adds to the atmosphere. And this is probably the first time I've seen such a clean and tidy spa, including the outside facilities. The hotel is far enough from any smoking houses in the city (yes, they still do burn lots of wood/coal), so the air was really fresh and clean, coming mostly from up the hill behind it, through a beautiful pine forest. There is a nice little park with a small lake very close to the hotel (5 minutes by foot) - strangely, I felt like it like a place I was at before, but I don't recollect visiting it.

Being such a good place, it is VERY crowded. I will definitely be coming back one day, but will also definitely think of coming throughout the week, and never on the weekend. Even being a really quiet place, I'd rather stay closer to the inner forest for the next stay, because the side of the hotel we stayed in was with a view to the city, and this is more like a village, with all its noises of cars and whatnot. The only thing that really put me off were that no one stops the guests to smoke electronic cigarettes literally everywhere in the hotel - the spa, the restaurant, etc. And my nose is broken after Covid, so I can sense this gross smell from meters away. But such is life, I guess.
