A peaceful, friendly place to relax, but still just a couple of minutes' walk from Pub Street's bars and restaurants. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff are lovely. It's absolutely perfect, you won’t find anywhere better in this price range. I was genuinely sad to leave.

I wouldn't change anything. Be aware that the pool area is small and in the shade - I liked this but others might not. Also for awareness, I had hot water for every shower I took in the whole week I was there, you just have to wait a minute or two for it to heat up sometimes.

The hotel was great!! Conveniently located, very close to all the main spots in Siem Reap. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed facing the pool. The pool area was never too busy which was nice, as we were able to cool down after a hot day! However the trip was mostly memorable because of the owner of the hotel. He has really gone above and beyond during our stay and made sure we enjoyed every aspect of it:) also super helpful if you require help with booking transport during your trip or just need any assistance in general. All the staff have also been super helpful at the bar & helping with our luggage. Thank you so much for our enjoyable stay in Siem Reap. Dziekujemy bardzo!

Artur is a great host! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, he took care, that everything is alright and we feel comfortable. We booked the airport pick-up and also the Ankor Wat tour through him and everything went smoothely. We had a very friendly tour guide for our sunrise tour and could get sandwiches for the tour at the hotel. Lotus Haven Villa is a nice small boutique hotel, walking distance from restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Possible to book spa/massage at the own hotel room. We would definitely come back here again!

Nothing to complain about!

Arthur and his staff gave us a great few days in their hotel! It was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I to relax after a busy few weeks travelling. The hotel was really close to everything which was great but also very quite at night. With the heat of siem reap the hotel was the perfect place to escape the heat and the pool was great to cool off in. We would highly recommend here to anyone travelling to siem reap, we would definitely come back again

Lovely little hotel, super atmosphere, friendly and welcoming. We arrived very early morning off an overnight bus, Arthur and his team welcomed us, got us breakfast and prioritised sorting out our room, so nice. Always ready to help with bookings, be they travel, events or attractions. Cannot praise Arthur and his team enough. Lovely breakfast, simple and fresh cooked. Close to the main tourist centre, Pub street 10 minutes walk maximum, yet so tranquil and peaceful. The pool is so good after a day walking the temples. Beer prices at the bar are reasonable too. Would recommend anyone to stay at this little gem.

Originally we had booked for 3 nights, but ended up staying a week as we had plenty of activities yet to do in and around Siem Reap. We were all in agreement that we are being well looked after and getting good value for money. Art, Jacob and their staff manage the balance of attentive yet unobtrusive service impeccably. With relation to organising activities or transport it was a simple as having a quick conversation with Art's knowledge taking out the guesswork and stress from the process. I will certainly be coming back when next I return to Cambodia.

The hotel is run by a Polish owner who knows the standards and expectations of European visitors and knows how to create a friendly atmosphere and satisfy your needs. He is able to advise and recommend, and create the conditions for a trouble-free stay in Siem Reap. There was nothing to complain about. The pool is small, but refreshing. The location is very convenient, practically in the center.

From the minute we booked, Arthur was incredibly welcoming and helpful to us, and he made sure our stay went as smoothly as possible. Very chilled atmosphere, loved the pool, and we were also able to have massages booked in our room. Very short walk from Pub St and close to many conveniences like laundry, coffee, snacks etc. If you have an Angkor Wat sunrise tour, make sure to let reception know and they will make some sandwiches for you to take with you.

This is a quaint little place in an alley which is close to the main road. The location is good - walking distance to the markets and eating joints including the Pub Street. The hosts were extremely helpful and provided tips and pointers for eating and shopping. The rooms are functional - though a bit small and we felt cramped for space with two suitcases (for the two of us sharing the room). The toilets etc were quite clean and hot water was available. The breakfast which was included in the price was also nice - though minimal.

The swimming pool is more like a large sized jacuzzi ! The rooms are not spacious and with King sized bed, it was cramped.

This has got to be the most comfortable friendly well presented luxurious place I have stayed in in the whole of Cambodia. The staff are so well trained and prompt. Any need you have is catered for they look after you and make you feel so special. I am really sorry. I don’t have any pictures saved on my phone to add to this apart from the view from the balcony overlooking beautiful Cambodian village wooden houses breathtaking

I cannot say there is anything I don’t like about the property. It is amazing.
