Location was excellent, a short stroll to the markets and Pub Street. The beds, pillows and room were also comfortable and spacious. The shower was exellent. Bruno and his staff were friendly and excellent to communicate with for any request or information we needed for tours or things to do in Siem Reap. We loved our stay at Five Senses and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

It is located close to the centre but far enough to avoid the noise. In the same street there are many places where to eat good food at a reasonable price. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very kind and available. There are different options for breakfast. The hotel manager arranged temple visits for me and gave me a lot of useful tips and recommmendations for my stay in Cambodia. I highly recommend the hotel and I'd definitely choose it again.

The pool was nice and cool. It allowed for easy swimming and relaxation. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and clean environment.

The only thing I didn’t like was there was only one outlet on one side of the bed. There was another outlet but under the table on the other side of the room. It is okay and not a big inconvenience.

We stayed for one night and would say it is very close to a western hotel experience. High praise to the friendly and welcoming front desk staff who helped us check in and answer any questions we had (in English and Khmer). They even helped bring our belongings up to our room. There were the typical amenities a hotel you'd find in the States. A brisk walk to Pub Street and many bars nearby.

The conditions outside the hotel could be improved. It is darker than I'd like and the road needs some work done.

Great location, amazing-friendly staff, tour options available if asked, nice breakfast, very cozy and feels more like a home rather than hotel.

Some bathroom amenities were built a bit odd, such as wash basin water can get wet, tub is too big. No elevator if staying above the ground floor. Expect to carry luggage on your own, pack light.

- Free airport pickup - You get a private driver, who drives you around whereever you want during your stay for an acceptable price (e.g. Angkor Wat Tour) - Rooms are luxurious, they are very big, modern and you have a giant bathtub - Variety of sets to choose your breakfast from - Beautiful location. There are fairy lights around the pool area, plants everywhere and you can turn on the bubble bath in the pool - price-performance-ratio is unbeatable The owner family and all staff people are very kind and helpful. They are happy to support you in every way and even offered to cook us soup when my boyfriend was sick and we could not leave the hotel for dinner.

The only thing that could be improved would be to provide closed water bottles instead of refillable glass bottles in the room as many european people avoid refillable bottles in Asia. Other than that it was the best hotel we stayed in in two months of travelling in south east asia! We would love to come back one day!

Great location, very friendly and helpful owner, Bruno, and staff. We arrived late by bus and was dropped somewhere we didn't expect (scammed by the travel agency selling the bus ticket) and Bruno made sure with the help of Spider, our tuk tuk driver for the coming days, managed to locate where we were and took us safely to the hotel. Very grateful for that!

Breakfast was 10 fixed menues to choose from which I was not sure why, but probably made it simple for a fixed rate breakfast. Being a bit picky I would prefer to chose my own combination, but I found a meny I could be happy with. Being alone in the kitchen, Brunos wife (I think) sometimes struggled to get the breakfast out in reasonable time. Or perhaps there wasn't enough stoves. But the noodle soup was well worth waiting for!

The rooms were great and large! The location was perfect, right in the middle of town. The staff was amazing and even woke up at 5 am without notice to help me rent a scooter. I highly recommend renting their electric scooters. Driving through the jungle at sunrise, and exploring the ruins on the scooter, was one of the most amazing feelings in the world! Because of their amazing hospitality, great rooms, and great location, I would stay here again and recommend others to stay as well :).

Bruno is a a welcoming and warm host. Always available to help and give a lots of advice and information for visiting Siem Reap and surrounding. He can help you with your itinerary and journey in Cambodia and speak French! Motorbike available for a few dollars. Wonderful hotel , well located , clean. Merci encore Bruno

The Five Senses is perfectly located in walking distance from Siem Reap's center, with the pub street, old market, night market etc, but it's also quiet at the same time. The room we stayed in was very spacious and the bed was confortable, if a bit firm. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, they can arrange for a wide range of services, like drivers, spa treatments, circus tickets etc. Breakfast was also great. All in all, we had a very pleasant time here, would recommend to anyone that's looking for a room in this price range.
