I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. All staff were friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was a great display. The breakfast server was extremely knowledgable, patient, and helpful. The veggie pizza I ate from the East 75 Lounge was AMAZING!!. My room was super sanitary. The bed was incredibly comfortable with awesome soft AND firm pillows. I felt safe and secure with my surroundings.

Loved my stay. Berries and yogurt at breakfast would've been nice, but that's just a personal favorite

House cleaning lady was very nice.

A booklet in room that has a list of local eateries, taxis, local events/activities. I realized most people would search this on their phone, but it would be nice to narrow down the top few options of each category. It would also be nice to have a Continental breakfast option along with the large buffet option. As I am a coffee and muffin type of person. I wasn’t going to pay $10.99 for a coffee and muffin.

The location was good, we were in the city to attend Farmfair. The bed and bedding was very comfy. The front staff was excellent and the call to the room checking to see how the room was and if we needed anything was a very nice touch. Clean and nice decor.

We didn’t realise the was a breakfast available or included with the room would’ve been nice to know that information when we checked in. Therefore we did not have breakfast at the hotel. One minor detail, the elevators look quite worn out and rough looking, which is understandable, considering the traffic that goes through them. Polish them up and it will look as good as the rest of the building.

The hotel has been nicely renovated. Loved our room, the lounge was excellent and had great food, the location was great!

The breakfast and lunch buffet was not very good and expensive. No contiinental breakfast included with your stay. Only other complaint is that the lounge should be open longer on weekends

Check in was clumsy and the agent asked too many personal prying questions.

Small maintenance items could be looked after like mould and caulking. Lamp shades and bulbs. Only 1 restaurant option available when 2 were advertised was disappointing

The room was good, the bar and restaurant was great . The girl working the bar was fantastic. The morning staff was great.

The nighttime front desk was not a pleasure. She just made me feel like an inconvenience, and she just seemed annoyed with our presence . Other than that, it was a good stay.

Location, cleanliness, staff

POOL - very very very cold. Expected to see ice cubes in the pool it was that cold. Front desk staff said others had commented as well but technician said it had to be that temperature.

The hotel is in a perfect location. (with friendly staff) It was close to our event, & almost across from a casino for entertainment & breakfast. Or if you prefer, a restaurant in the hotel or Wendy's next door.

Comfortable bed, the crisp sheets and Bed temperature was perfect. Excellent towel quantity and quality.

My preference is no carpet. I prefer the Least number of things to be worried about in respect to the possibility of bedbugs and the floor being clean to walk on in bare feet or socks. The uncovered duvet popping out from the bedding.

Small elevators were hard to find. Locked door to get to or from elevator was very difficult to manoeuvre for somebody relying on mobility aids. Very pricey for what was offered
