Reasonable price, very clean room and exceptional and courteous customer service.

There wasn't much I didn't like. If I was picky, I would have wanted an extra pillow or blanket in the room. In my case, the comforter while cozy was way too hot for the conditions. The exterior of the motel showed a lot of wear but the interiors were refreshed so not such a big deal. It is located on the opposite side of town in comparison with most of the accommodations but it is very close, a short 10 minute walk to most everything you would need including the community park and main beach. None of this bothered me.

This was a very pleasurable experience!! Great staff and the little cottage we stayed in was amazing.. I had to pay extra small amount for my little service dog but was all good...The very clean little two bedroom cottage, the two of us stayed in, was very cozy and the mattresses were abslutlely awesome and extremely comfortable, unlike other places I have stayed in.. There is a little court yard in the back area with picnic tables to relax outside with if needed too.. All in all I would recommend this nice place to anyone wanting a nice reasonable priced great place to stay!!!

Absolutely nothing to not like!!

Location was very good; proprietor extremely nice and accommodating; area tidy; room clean and comfortable; even though it is on a main street with multiple lanes it was reasonably quiet; leaving us bottles of water each day was a nice touch; there was a table and chairs, a small fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker...bonus! Lots of different restaurants in walking distance (minutes).

The wifi worked the first time I logged in and then never again even after unplugging and plugging it back in. Even with the air con it was still a bit warm in the room.

Although the buildings are dated, the room was spacious, well furnished, and came with a large screen wall mounted HDTV. The bathroom was spotless with perfectly functioning water taps and drains, modern toilet, and updated flooring. The rooms had professional quality paintwork throughout.

Parking is surprisingly restrictive given the generous lot size.

Very large room, newly renovated/updated. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchenette w comp coffee pods and bottled water. Bathtub plug even worked! Often they don't in motels. Would be a great place for cyclists to stay (if bikes OK in rooms- not sure as we didn't have our bikes w us). This place was a pleasant surprise - honestly, we weren't expecting it to be this nice lol.

Room use metal key vs key card. Would hate to lose it.

Great price with a comfortable cottage for my small dog and I. Air conditiokner worked on a hot day. Bathroom with nice tub and shower with good . Soap and shampoo. The towels were soft and nice. Hi Def tv and WiFi were great. I would book it again with no worries..

While this motel may be rated two stars, I must say that my experience exceeded expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Despite the modest amenities, I found everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Plus, the affordable rates made it a great budget-friendly option. I highly recommend this motel for travelers seeking a comfortable and cost-effective accommodation!

Cleanliness and cost relative to other locations

The room was well stocked and a great size for the family. The owners were super friendly. The location was quite central. We made great use of the kitchen.

We travelled at one of the hottest times of the year. The AC worked, but was quite noisy, especially at night. The patio door was also sticky and hard to open, so airing out the place without AC was difficult.
