The outdoor pool Lovely room

The room required some maintenance which disappointing The first night there was young adults being extremely loud at the pool until after 11:00 at night. I understand that quiet time started at 11:00 and I wouldn’t have an issue with an average amount of noise because the pool was open but this was loud music, screaming and yelling, swearing, etc. we waited until after 11:00 and when staff didn’t address the issue my cousin went down and spoke to them about the fact that we had small children trying to sleep. We were disappointed that staff didn’t deal with the issue considering there were a lot of families staying at the property.

Site is quite well maintained, well laid out, easy parking and access to accommodation. The room was well appointed, comfortable bed, nice kitchenette.

The access to the beach was not possible; the access trail leading to the beach ended at a drop-off. The room had only one chair, a small bistro table and a couple of small chairs would be better.

check in was easy and the room was as advertised

The resort has a beach, but it is rocky not sandy. You have to go about 1km to find the sandy beach but it is not hard to get to or find free parking there. Each unit shares a terrace with another unit so having a bbq outside is not always private.

We love the large, outdoor, salt water pool, and the hot tub. The area is generally peaceful, although they were still finishing the work on the new roadway going along the new buildings while we were there. The apartment we had was very spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen, made cooking easy.

The bed wasn't bad, but a little too soft for my husband.

The location is good. I thought the servicing to the room. ie providing fresh towels, coffee, teas could have been more consistent. I also found that taking out the garbage &// or wet towels was my own responsibility. Otherwise all good.

Nice big space, decent kitchenette with sink and dishes, floor to ceiling blackout curtains for nice dark room to sleep in, interesting room configuration creating a quieter room - no noise from the hallway. Easy walking distance to ocean and nearby restaurant.

No easy beach access

The townhouse is stunning, immaculate and furnished with everything needed.

Access to beach was awful. Trying to climb from the path down to the beach over a log like construction was pretty scary for two seventy year olds with knee issues. We accessed a different property to make our return.

Bed was very comfortable. The kitchen set up was perfect. Everything I needed was at hand. Great to have air conditioning as the room was quite warm. Staff was friendly. Received a warm welcome that was very appreciated. Really enjoyed my stay.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member and were given an excellent recommendation as to where to dine. We asked if we could check out at 11 am, which was accepted. It's a short walk to the beach, which is very walkable at low tide.

Love the pool and surroundings. Beds are very comfortable. Our only complaint this year was we did not have a balcony space to eat breakfast outside on the sunny days... Our unit was overall quite dark.

The unit was too dark, the only window was to a shared path with many other units. Hard to do makeup in the bathroom as the lighting was so low.
