Deliberately chose Crystal Lodge for it's closeness to lifts so I didn't have to walk too far in ski boots. Room was excellent including all conveniences, kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave. Really enjoyed thermostatically controlled fireplace. Room was more quiet than I expected being next to the main village walkway.

Elevator service very slow. Would've happily taken stairs to lobby if there were any. But stairs only went to outside exit. Didn't like that ski valet is on the lower floor so, after you pick up your skis you have to climb a couple sets of stairs. Didn't like that self-parking was listed at $25 per night on my reservation papers but was charged $34 per night when I actually arrived there. Our particular room (131) had a bad diverter valve in the shower. When you pulled up on it to activate the showerhead, it wouldn't work completely. Half the water went through the showerhead and the other half came out the spout and down the drain. Room price was a bit steep compared to other resorts in Colorado, for instance.

The only downside to our stay was the fact that when we returned to our vehicle which was parked untouched for two nights, we had two warnings left on our windshield saying we would be towed if we didn’t have a parking pass — which we did! And we had the pass displayed on our dash as requested by the front desk staff when we checked in. However we drive a ford Raptor so it’s a big truck and whoever was checking for the passes obviously didn’t bother stepping on their tip toes to see the pass. That was pretty annoying. Other than that, the room was okay. It was clean. The location is the best part about the hotel! Super central, right in the middle of Whistler Village. Would stay again!

The location of the hotel is amazing. Literally at the heart of the village. Furthermore, you could easily access the village through the elevator. Room sizes are also very good.

Everything was great except for one thing. Whenever, I tried calling the front desk from the room, nobody ever picked up. Even if I had to ask a question, I would have to go all the way down to the lobby. So this was the only thing which kind of caused inconvenience.

Nice stay in the village. Close to everything. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Parking fees are extremely and would affect my decision to stay here again. Especially since there is minimal parking and the stalls are way too small. They also don't offer any security for the underground parking and no liability, so I'm not sure why the fee per night is so much. I would expect about half that cost. The staff are not very hands on and the one time we I treated with them they seemed bored with their job.

Crystal Lodge is a great spot if you want to be right in the middle of the action in Whistler. It’s just steps from the Whistler Village and a super short walk to the gondolas, so getting on the mountain is a breeze. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, the staff is warm and welcoming, and everything you need is right at your doorstep. They also offer ski and bike storage, plus handy boot dryers on some floors.

Parking is a bit pricey, but that’s pretty much the norm in Whistler.

Traveling with family from out of town can be stressful and the staff went above and beyond to reduce those challenges. Kate was able to accommodate the need for room changes, Ralph made exceptional recommendations for food and activities that would suit a diverse age range and Maca saved the day when she located a lost phone at a nearby store. The helpful nature of the staff is truly what sets this hotel apart from others we have stayed at in Whistler, earning our loyalty for future visits.

Liked the area, close to restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops, like Starbucks, and even a Grocery market with a liquor store side by side. Also friendly staff at the hotel making it a welcoming atmosphere.

For us seniors with walking difficulties, the one thing that I fear is to see a tub in the bathroom. Most people will tell you that a shower stall is preferable any day rather than climb into a high walled tub. We had to use towels to wash ourselves daily. It would be awesome if hotels when renovation is in the works to reconsider installing shower stalls as most people I believe don't ever want to SLIP into a tub and the usual much too high wall that seems to be the norm.

I had a great stay at Crystal Lodge in Whistler this weekend! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The staff was incredibly attentive—friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a kitchen that made the stay even more convenient. The mattress was fantastic. One of the best perks? This hotel is pet-friendly with no pet fees! They go above and beyond by providing food bowls for your pet, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, I highly recommend Crystal Lodge!

Location was amazing. Right in the centre of Whistler. Surprised how quiet my room was thinking it would be loud because of location. Love that you can open the window, big bonus for me. Views of two mountains were awesome. Room was clean and a great size.

The location was amazing. At the end of the day you kick your board off and walk 500 feet to the ski valet at the hotel. When you stay right in Whistler Village you will never have to use a car (or even encounter a car). The rooms and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, shower had good water pressure with ample hot water.

Single hot tub was inadequate for the size of the property, always overcrowded.
