Hotel was amazing!! Staff was amazing! Pool is by far the best pool ever! Not hotels fault by the skywalk to the arena didn't feel very safe homeless people all over following us and begging for money. With 2 little kids makes it super uncomfortable. Otherwise this hotel is the best!!!

Homeless in skywalk and mental ill people chasing and begging me for money . Again, not hotels fault they were great

The staff were very friendly and the property was very clean.

We paid for a deluxe suite but was disappointed. The bathroom was not at all what we expected. The toilet and shower were in a little room by itself. Very small, the you had to walk around the corner and the sink was beside the bed. If you are a bigger person, you have no room to move in that little bathroom.

It's in a safer part of downtown. It also has the skyway attached as it's very helpful in the winter months. The staff was an absolute A+ as I was admittedly having on off day.

Walk the wrong way a few blocks and it gets sketchy quickly. I was advised to not make eye contact. Some parts of Winnipeg are American like with the bad neighborhoods

Staff were amazing from reception to pool to housekeeping to Starbucks in the lobby - all made us feel welcome, were extremely helpful with our questions and any request. The outdoor pool was delightfull, the beds and pillows were the best - slept amazingly.

Comfortable beds, convenient location next to the conference center. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are nice and the facilities are clean. The cleaning staff is very nice and gentle. They have a computer in the lobby that you can use for printing documents.

The check-in was a disaster. I got charged by "mistake" 100 CAD more than I was supposed to pay, and it took about haft an hour to solve the issue (after a long flight, you definitely want to just arrive and crash in your room smoothly) For some reason, their machines do not accept all debit cards, which was strange for me since I have not faced that problem in any other country/hotel.

Very Comfortable large room and the front desk was also very helpful, friendly and very nice. The computer was also very good and was able to print our boarding passes. Even when I asked for a dinner plate, I was given without any hesitation and did not have to pay for it, although I have paid at other hotels. THANK YOU EVERYONE.

The coffee machine in the room could have had more coffee and milk

Beautiful furnishings we you arrive in the lobby

Rooms are average size for the high price we paid. Very disappointing. Carpet in room was very hard to walk on, not soft at all.

Decent hotel in Winnipeg, nothing exceptional, but clean, well run, friendly staff

rooms, while not “old” are also not very up to date either, but all in good working condition and clean

Breakfast was a great location but they were greasy. Need a little more variety such as porridge and some pancakes or waffles for breakfast. But have the best services! Wonderful, very helpful staff.

No other variety for breakfast other than eggs.

Breakfast was good at the hotel restaurant, but there was a quick serve and next-door bar/restaurant. The hotel is connected to downtown Winnipeg's Indoor Walk Way System. It is a quick walk to the convention centre and arena.

The gym could have its machines set in metric.
