Front lobby staff where very welcoming easy to talk to. The lady that checked us in at the front counter was very polite and went out of her way to find us the perfect room close to a exit and on the first floor. As we were in a hotel fire in Oct 24. She made us feel safe. She told us of all fire prevention protocols and measures that are in place. Thank you very much

Found the bathroom a little small for a bigger guy like myself. But over all very nice and clean.

Was just a beautiful clean hotel with really friendly staff, even tho the Microsoft system was down and it must of been so overwhelming for them with all the guests arriving, they kept very calm and friendly and welcoming.

Due to my own schedule I didn’t get to get in the pool at all! Which annoyed me lol. Their pool is 9am-9pm, which I feel is pretty standard pool time for hotels. Wish it was opened later so after we were done work related things I could have got in to enjoy the water! Photos of the pool online look awesome.

I was gonna walk out the day I got there to check in. I was not informed ahead of time nor was it stated in my emails that there was a $300.00 damage deposit. As this was my fiemrst time booking a hotel on my own I only alotted the amount the room came to with taxes. So when she rung it up and it was over $500.00 I was shocked. I told her to cancel my reservation and I was leaving cause I couldn't afford that. All in all I ended up staying because of whatever the girl did when checking me in. I ended up not paying the deposit.

Our stay was perfect, we could not have picked a better place to stay while we got married in St. John’s. The hotel was spotless, the staff was amazing to deal with, our meals were perfect and more than happy with our stay at the hotel.

I really don’t think we would change anything thing

The room was lovely and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was good although the restaurant was understaffed and it showed in the cleanliness of the restaurant. But the staff working were wonderful.

The atmosphere was pretty plain and not conducive to a feeling of luxury or relaxation. It felt functional which was fine but I would not recommend the hotel as a get away or romantic destination at all.

Nice, clean, great pool and slides. Friendly staff. Lots of things close by.

Toilet paper rack was loose, hot water didn’t work properly sometimes in the sink, had several places with wallpaper peeling, and elevator wasn’t working which I wish I’d known before I got a room on the top floor with kids going back and forth the pool on the first floor.

I appreciated the breakfast was at the in house restaurant. Not a continental breakfast.

Lots of walking to get to my room. Maybe if the staff had mentioned to me where I could park that I would be closer to my room it would have been excellent. But not that expect that.

Check in was great. Very impressed with Joshua. He is very pleasant, helpful and dedicated to his work. Would recommend him for promotion.

Had breakfast in restaurant on Saturday morning, service wasn’t good. Felt neglected.

The location was perfect for my needs. The room was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. It met my needs perfectly.

There was heavy equipment working outside my balcony. Probably making improvements so that will change with time I hope.

The room was large, well appointed, had a extremely comfortable bed. Very quiet room. Could not hear any noise from hallway. Did not want breakfast so I can't comment on that. Excellent location. Great value for your money.
