Everything was wonderful - we have literally no complaints. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were so much fun, and the unlimited towels were wonderful when our kids visited for a swim. The restaurant was delicious, the coffee hot, and the view of the huge tropical trees in the courtyard is such a wonderful addition. The beds were so comfortable, and you could hear no sounds from the other guest room. We left feeling relaxed and excited to come back again on our next staycation. Highly recommend 👌 Staff were bright and friendly and went out of the way to provide whatever we asked for. They also upgraded us to a Harbor View and we really appreciated being able to watch the boats come and go

The breakfast buffet was ok but a bit disappointing. Too much of the food was exposed (the fruit, cheese, cold meats) given that there were flies around. None of the items were replenished often enough. The scrambled egg was left to go hard and clumpy instead of being refreshed.

We went back to Newfoundland for the 6th time to celebrate my 80th birthday! Our first trip we had stayed at this same hotel! The rom was very nice, except I had requested a high floor & we were on the FIRST FLOOR!The front desk kept giving me the run-around, so we finally GAVE UP asking for a higher floor!

The location of the hotel is excellent! Just a short walk to access shopping and restaurants downtown. You could get an excellent view of the harbour. if that is what you selected. Just a short walk to the waterfront, too.

Parking was a bit of a hassle. I had to go see the front desk in person twice during my visit because the system wasn't letting me out of the parking lot.

The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Sheraton Hotel are undoubtedly one of its greatest assets. Their genuine smiles, impeccable manners, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay truly set this hotel apart. Whether it was assisting with my check-in, providing local recommendations, or promptly attending to any requests, their exceptional service left a lasting impression.

I understand that hotel amenities are carefully considered and that every addition must be balanced with the overall guest experience. However, as a loyal guest who greatly values my time at the Sheraton, I wanted to express how the inclusion of a microwave would truly make an already outstanding stay even more exceptional.

The people in the hotel, all staff, were friendly helpful and accommodating! Beds are comfy. Location is ideal!

Fan in the bathroom didn’t work . A very small insignificant problem was the light switch for the bathroom. It was on the outside and behind the bathroom door. lol lol . Just couldn’t get used to it . But that was my problem not the hotels.

Beautiful location and view of the harbour. Clean. Quiet. And a great staff and management. During my stay I had a medical emergency. The staff did everything to get me the help I needed and stayed with me while waiting for the ambulance. Very professional but also very concerned. For me they made the difference! I can’t thank them enough.

Location was great. Hotel was run well. We did have some problems at check in with requests we had made not being answered, but they fixed the issues for us.
