Everything was wonderful - we have literally no complaints. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were so much fun, and the unlimited towels were wonderful when our kids visited for a swim. The restaurant was delicious, the coffee hot, and the view of the huge tropical trees in the courtyard is such a wonderful addition. The beds were so comfortable, and you could hear no sounds from the other guest room. We left feeling relaxed and excited to come back again on our next staycation. Highly recommend 👌 Staff were bright and friendly and went out of the way to provide whatever we asked for. They also upgraded us to a Harbor View and we really appreciated being able to watch the boats come and go

We went back to Newfoundland for the 6th time to celebrate my 80th birthday! Our first trip we had stayed at this same hotel! The rom was very nice, except I had requested a high floor & we were on the FIRST FLOOR!The front desk kept giving me the run-around, so we finally GAVE UP asking for a higher floor!

The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Sheraton Hotel are undoubtedly one of its greatest assets. Their genuine smiles, impeccable manners, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay truly set this hotel apart. Whether it was assisting with my check-in, providing local recommendations, or promptly attending to any requests, their exceptional service left a lasting impression.

I understand that hotel amenities are carefully considered and that every addition must be balanced with the overall guest experience. However, as a loyal guest who greatly values my time at the Sheraton, I wanted to express how the inclusion of a microwave would truly make an already outstanding stay even more exceptional.

The Staff was exceptionally polite and ready to assist with any request. The hotel was very clean and inviting. Housekeeping staff were super sweet. Will definitely stay again

Fan in the bathroom didn’t work . A very small insignificant problem was the light switch for the bathroom. It was on the outside and behind the bathroom door. lol lol . Just couldn’t get used to it . But that was my problem not the hotels.

Beautiful location and view of the harbour. Clean. Quiet. And a great staff and management. During my stay I had a medical emergency. The staff did everything to get me the help I needed and stayed with me while waiting for the ambulance. Very professional but also very concerned. For me they made the difference! I can’t thank them enough.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a good location downtown. The staff was cordial and helpful and the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of food.

There is no guest computer or business center, which is so important for travelers. The final bill charged me for breakfast, though I understood when I booked that it would be included in the nightly price. There is no airport shuttle.

We loved the suite we had booked as a mini anniversary celebration. The hotel, overall, and location were perfect for a lovely stay in the city following a conference in town. Our room service dinner on arrival was excellent as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Not specific to this property at all--we've encountered this across the country--but vending machines seem to be completely absent low sugar choices; in fact, pop/mix in general seems to be in short supply, which necessitated a call down to the lounge for a refreshment. Seems like this would be an easy fix, and increase the convenience for guests staying with you and other hotel properties in general.

Great value for money. The room was huge and comfortable. We had an excellent meal in the lounge. The kids loved the pool, staff was friendly and the beds were great.

As far as cleanliness goes, the rooms were just satisfactory.

The hotel is well located, common areas and our room were very clean, and staff upon check in and check out were friendly and efficient. My daughter loved the pool.

Breakfast of some sort included in the stay would have been nice (let’s face it…hotel stays aren’t cheap anymore, even if you choose the most economical. A bit of breakfast included for every guest would be nice)
