I loved it. Clean room, comfy bed, only if u like to cradle u, which I do. Hubby said too soft for him, he likes a hard firm bed. Walking distance to food shopping etc. Short drive to the cruises. There's a pool for guest use. Fridge and microwave in the rooms. No coffee maker but coffee available in the office 24 hrs. We have a small coffee maker for traveling. Breakfast is grab and go muffins fruit granola bars etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return next time we visit gananoque. Jessica on the desk was great. A large tv with tons of stuff to watch. Ive been to hotels and the tv usually is the crappy part of our trip. Theres something for everyone on the tv at this hotel. Oh ya and check in and checkout are so easy online. Did a recheck in and showed up at the office asked for my key and that was that.

Check in online made checking in super easy and the front desk staff was exceptional! The bed was very comfortable and the room large including a space outside the door to sit and enjoy a coffee. The breakfast options were just as described and enough to get us going for the day. There was a large variety of coffee choices that you could pick up any time of the day. The location was perfect for touring around this beautiful area. Checking out online was also an added bonus.

The bathroom fan was unusable to do the noise. I did message the premises about this issue

The location is within walking distance to downtown, with plenty of parking lots around the building and even a gas station right next to the inn. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. One of the best things is that it’s a pet-friendly inn, so I was able to enjoy my vacation with my beloved pets, which is very important to me.

One of the bedside reading lights wasn’t working, which was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was included, which is always appreciated, though it was more basic compared to a typical hotel breakfast. That didn’t bother me, though—overall, the stay was really enjoyable.

We only stayed 1 night as we were going on the 1000 Islands cruise with Boldt Castle the following day (which was excellent) and the motel was perfect for us. It was about a 25 min walk to the quay and only 10-15 mins to the bars & restaurants of Gananoque. The rooms were large with 2 Queen size beds in each. There was also a mini fridge in the rooms which was very handy as it was very hot during our stay. The rooms had very large AC units that worked really well. The pool was open and seemed to be popular but we didn't have time to use it.

The bathrooms were a little old, the breakfast choices (coffee, muffins, cereal bars, yoghurt and fruit) was a little basic and the AC units were quite loud but overall it was excellent value for money.

The beds were comfortable with clean sheets, microwave in room, coffee maker were not in there but coffee available in receptions at all times. Tv with good signal and WiFi were working okay too

As was it winter, outside of property were lots of ice, I think staff should care about it more and put a salt on it or some soil so it wasn’t slippery as I almost felt. Breakfast should have better or more options.

The lady at the front desk upon my arrival was very friendly, helpful and polite. She checked me in in less than 3mins, I was happy about that, she also came outside in the cold to show me where to park and how to get to the room so I wouldn't be driving around in circles. The outside of this property was very clean and appealing, the parking spaces are large enough that when you open your doors you don't touch the other vehicle beside you. They have an outdoor pool that is fenced in with a high enough fence that little ones can't wonder off and fall in. I was there for only one evening and have been there in the past and will continue returning each time should I require a room. Thank you Dave

There was no coffee machine in the room, you had to go back to the main building to get coffee if you wanted one but it's not a big deal oh and the pool was closed, It was to chilly to go swimming anyhow. (Nov) Everything else was great

The staff is very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. There's a lot of parking, so no need to worry about that and it was very quiet. The location is on the main street going through town and very close to stores, Canadian Tire, fuel stations and even EV charging points (Canadian tire parking lot) I've been here before and will return again. The hot water took a little bit to arrive but there was a hockey game going on in town so there was alot of guests using it, once it warmed up it was hot. Just be patient and give it a chance, it'll be there.

It was generally clean and the staff were helpful. The pool was in excellent shape and appreciated on hot days. The air conditioning was very good. Breakfast was a continental style with bananas, yogurt, juice, bars and coffee.

The baseboard heaters were rusty.

We liked the cleanliness of the room, the friendly staff, and the quiet atmosphere. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay for our family.

There wasn’t really anything we disliked. Just keep in mind that the breakfast is very simple, so if you’re expecting a full buffet, you might be disappointed. But for us, it was enough and we appreciated it.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and professional but still friendly. I liked that it was easy to find. The continental breakfast was nice. They have a fancy coffee machine in the office, rather than coffee makers in the room. The pool was heated and the area around it was tidy and inviting.

The towels were VERY OLD AND WORN. The room was dated but ok however, the bathroom was terrible. It was beyond dated and the "chrome" was marked, the powder coated window had previous guests names etched into them, there was hair in the shower, on the towel and on the baseboard heater. Really gross 😝.
