Comfortable and garden area in the back. There was an issue with the shower head upon arrival and same was fixed within couple of hours… AWESOME! We had a family emergency and had to suddenly leave earlier than expected. The Staff and Management were very accommodating and understanding… Thank you for your respect and flexibility… Our Family REALLY appreciated!

The breakfast foods were pretty good. Scrambled eggs way too salty. Should have hand sanitizer in breakfast bar as EVERYONE shares the same serving spoon. Had to ask at front desk and THEY had to go and look for some!

Given that there was an amazing pool and hottub, one's skin dries out and there was NO moisturizer in the room. Please have some in rooms for the guests. We put our lunch food for the next day in the bar fridge and it ALL froze overnight (sandwiches, milk and grapes). Staff should check refrigerator dial before new guests arrive. The ropes around the life preservers were all tangled so my husband untangled them and wound them properly. If there was ever an accident the life preservers would not throw properly! We are boaters and husband has Canadian Lifeguard qualifications so we know!

the Breakfast was exceptional been at many hotels and this is far the best the staff was there to clean up after people left it was full of kids from our cheer leading team for competition and parent the staff was great and very accommodating the hotel was buzzing with kids

The shower curtains were too short in length for the tub because of this when showering the water wasn’t contained in the stall causing a pool of water to collect on the bathroom floor , I had a near miss and caught myself with the door handle.

Excellent location. Very attractive room. Easy to access local stores and facilities. Very quiet and peaceful. Excellent breakfast. No difficulty with registration. Friendly staff.

The water slide is super nice and my son e joy it a lot! The breakfast is good! The staff are so friendly and welcome!

The bed is comfortable, but when I shift my position, it makes a noise, probably because the wooden bed frame is quite old.

I had a comfortable, quiet room. The bed and bedding were of a good quality. Breakfast was the average continental breakfast and the coffee was decent.

I would of liked a place a little closer to the city center, but not knowing the area I feel that was my faulty research. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

Coffee machines in the room - should be updated to better quality machines for the price of a room. Nespresso machines are an excellent choice and found in a lot of other hotels.

The kids really enjoyed the pool and slide. And breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff were very accommodating with breakfast and opened an hour early for us due to an early hockey game.

Check in took a long time. We asked for an early check in and arrived at 10:30 and didn’t check in until 1:30.

The pool was too warm but still a great time! The patio was a nice touch too.

The noise. The guests beside us arrived at 1130pm, played music loud and were going in and out of their rooms. Disrespectful. Also not enough towels in the rooms...
