Super central location, easy access to everything kingston has to offer. Check in was fast and simple, complementary coffee and infused water was a cool plus- beds comfy as hell, rooms were quiet with a decent view, TV was very high quality- always a nice plus after playing a show.

This hotel is just generally pricey but if you get a deal on here, absolutely worth it in the $200-250 range. Breakfast could also be complimentary for the price paid on the room already, but that's really just if i HAVE to provide feedback- plenty of cheap close local options for that anyways.

Our stay was great. The hotel was under construction when we arrived but the staff provided us with a new renovated room which was great. Best location, everything is walking distance or bike distance. Staff was amazing and very friendly. The restaurant was closed during our stay inside but we could order room service and the food was great.

The A/C was not allowing us to bring it lower than 22.5 degrees. We told the staff, they apologized and said they were sending someone to look at it. The following day, someone did try to fix the A/C but it was still not working. The only down side was that it was very hot in the room and we would of like to bring the temperature lower but other than that everything was great.

Hotel very well located, close to waterfront and downtown core. Room was very comfortable.

When we got to our room it was obvious the previous occupant had a long haired dog as the floor and carpet were covered in long dog hair. We complained and the next day it was vacuumed up. If I had been allergic to dogs it would have been a disaster.

The location is a so perfect if you’re looking to be downtown. Walking distance to everything you need, parked the car and didn’t have to touch it again. Staff were helpful and provided some good restaurant recommendations. Would go back again!

The hotel is under construction. Although work is being done, the place was still kept quite clean. There was water interruption throughout the night but we were sleeping so we’re not affected. It will look gorgeous once renovations are done.

It was so beautiful and modern, we stayed in one of the renovated rooms and everything was there. The tv was huge, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had it all. The staff were also super friendly and gave us local recommendations and helped when we needed. Plus the hotel was in an amazing location, right near the water and all the good restaurants

Weirdly there was no big light in the bed area of the room - my only complaint

AMAZING location. We were upgraded to a King suite overlooking the city. Beautiful. Walking distance to lots of places, and in a very central location.

Under construction, but it didn't bother us at all. Parking was $30 a night, in an underground parking garage, do NOT bring a full size truck or SUV if you plan on parking in the garage.

We had an issue with our initial room and your staff handled it promptly and without any issues. Very courteous.

Would have been nice to have had our bed made up and fresh towels put in our room.

Central location was great for walking, we are craft beer lovers so it was perfect as we were beside a craft brewery. Parking was central and easy to access and the room was very spacious though a bit noisy as we were right beside the stairwell and the doors are thin.

The room was large and spacious though a bit outdated. You could tell the bathroom, though big, was well enjoyed by many others, though I know they are at the beginning of their transformation after being acquired by another hotel company so the updates will be well warranted.

Clean hotel with modern and comfortable rooms. Amazing location close to the waterfront and 2 min walk from lots of nice bars and restaurants. Hotel Staff were friendly and very professional. Breakfast was a la carte…lots of food and delicious.

Parking is extra and expensive.
