Handicap suite was very nice and accommodated my needs. It was clean and spacious, worth the extra money I paid. The morning staff was very friendly. Robert helped make our stay extra nice as did others working the desk and breakfast.

The evening front desk guy was a bit rude when we checked in. I misunderstood the policies regarding the charges to my credit card before checking in versus when I checked in and the man was less than gracious towards me as he corrected my misunderstanding. It all worked out but it could have been done better. Also, we found a number of ants in our fourth floor room. Not horrible but also not welcome.

From the pre-check in to the check out everything went well. The staff at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Especially was the person on the front desk on the morning after our first night. He went out of his way to show us in detail some of the best places to 'visit' in the area by pointing things out in one of the brochures in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

There wasn't anything that didn't meet or exceed our expectations. The only thing that would make it better ,IMHO, would be self service waffles for breakfast.

When we arrived at the hotel Mr.jonathan helped us get perfect room for our family because we booked the wrong room. And miss chaya and Mr Robert were very helpful with everything. They told us about the attractions nearby prepared the breakfast amazing..helping us what ever we need during our stay.. they were really making our stay comfortable and unforgettable..feels like home ..it's was like we took our home on vacation with us..that is why we decided to extend few more days there.. thankx for having us..

There is nothing we didn't like about the staff or about the hotel..it was all amazing..

I stayed here after a long road trip from Boston, the staff were absolutely amazing, hands down the best I've ever experienced. I can't remember his name but the gentleman at reception couldn't be more helpful. He gave me soo many recommendations of things to do and see around Niagara, talked about the history and even printed me out directions. If you're the gentleman reading this, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant and I really do appreciate your time! Next time I'm visiting Niagara, I WILL be staying at the Microtel Inn!!

Breakfast was good..I think a little biit larger cups would have been nice. Staff was so nice..having the free trolley take and return us to hotel was great

Tub had a crack in middle. My adult kids straddled the crack and wasn't able to stand proper in shower..I showered in my parents room because I was afraid of falling in shower due to crack and floor feeling like give way..never did get towels we requested..

The rooms were a little nicer than I expected so we were pleasantly pleased. I would stay again. We were very pleased to learn a microwave was in our room. we had leftovers from our lunch and we were able to heat it up for dinner. Very nice surprise.

Breakfast was okay. Nothing fancy but decent. A little loud at times due to a numbers of families staying there so you get kids running in the halls. But not bad.

Very friendly, good check in, they were willing to change my room location, very appreciative.

I feel they should have 1 person only overseeing the breakfast buffet. Having the front desk person do both does not work for anybody. A group came in and wiped out all the hot food and people had to wait for replenishment. The garbage bin was overflowing and several other items needed to be refilled.

Loved how clean the room was. Everyone was very kind and helpful. There was really nothing I didn't like about it.🤗

The location, friendliness of the staff, and overall customer service were exceptional. It felt like 5 star service. Even went above and beyond and gave tips for travelling in Canada when asked a simple question about paying for the rainbow bridge

The room's furnace smelled old and gross at first, and the breakfast could've been a little bit better. I still would recommend overall as positives far outweigh the negatives.

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room was in working order. The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Parking is mostly behind the building, so I felt my care was in a safe location. Conveniently located to the outlet mall, and just a short drive to the State Park.

The breakfast area is a little small. Bathroom in our room was also a bit small, but not too bad. While I knew this was going to be the case, I was still disappointed that there is no cleaning service during our stay. The hotel prices in Niagara Falls are terribly inflated at this time of the year. I guess I was hoping for more for $500 for a weekend stay. However, I would stay here again.
