The room was very clean. I had to find a place asap for a couple nights with my pomeranian pooch. Having the sliding doors to go right outside was great for dog especially wen it started raining. The price wad very good. The staff was very helpful and nice except for one.
Problems witj the website and booking not going thru which annoyed one staff member. So much that i was afraid to mention the ten percent discount for senior s, dont advertise if you dont want to honor it

Overall, the hotel and the room had everything I needed.
However, I would have appreciated more friendliness from the reception staff. When I approached the desk and gave my name, the man sitting at the computer simply replied with “What?” — no greeting, no “How can I help you?”, just that

The size of the room provided is good enough for 3 guests. The property is kept clean The staff was kind enough. They even helped carrying our luggage.
No breakfast or coffee place. I was in search of hot water and couldn’t find it.

Our second time here at Red Roof Niagara Falls. Everything was fine, excellent location about 10 minutes to Niagara Falls State Park.
