Front staff was very courteous and helpful and offered me a parking pass, as I had to park across the street. I wish I got their name! We needed extra blankets for the kids and the front desk attendant personally brought them to our room within minutes! The room was very clean and spacious and easily accommodated a young family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). Bathroom was clean and spacious and I absolutely loved the DOVE soaps! Breakfast was great with large portions! No buffet, only sit down service making it less chaotic. I would definitely revisit!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn - Kanata location, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness, amenities, and impeccable service truly set this establishment apart. The hotel itself boasts comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and a range of amenities that cater to both leisure and business travelers. The attention to cleanliness provided peace of mind for a clean freak like myself. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Paul, a member of the hotel staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. His genuine hospitality made a significant impact our overall experience I can confidently say that this location has set a new standard for other locations in my book. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The shower had a nice rain head. Towels were plentiful. Location was good for us, close to family.

We only had coffee in room when we first arrived. It was not replenished after our first morning, we stayed 3 nights. We asked the housekeeper to put some coffee supplies in our room, but she must've forgotten. Our last night, I asked for coffee at the front desk and it was supplied, but I forgot about cups. For the price of the rooms, I would expect a continental breakfast would be available.

I made the booking for my parents. I got an upgrade to a king room from standard room which made their stay extra special :-). They had an excellent time here. The room was very spacious had a nice view and was well-cleaned. They had a TV in the living area ad well as the sleeping area and every other thing that makes a hotel stay comfortable -fridge, microwave, kitchen sink e.t.c. Staff were really friendly and they would come back here again. Breakfast was well worth the extra pay. Took the pics at night :-(

There isn't enough parking within the premises but there is some extra slots across the road. Ths standard room had breakfast fully catered too but the upgrade led to my parents having to pay for their breakfast which they weren't prepared for. However, the staff gave them free breakfast for morning 1 and they only paid for morning 2 and 3.

We were there Saturday, March 1 to come down to the Ottawa Senators game. I had booked two rooms for our families and I just wanted to say that the gentleman that was at the front desk around 4 PM was incredibly helpful and did everything to make our stay even better. I didn’t catch his name but we checked in around 4 o’clock. He was great.

Everything was amazing, but the main stand out is probably the staff, from check in to dinner to breakfast right through to check out the staff were amazing, they were very friendly and happy to help wherever they could even down to just a friendly chat while we waited for our transport each day.

Great place…..very clean, staff is really really nice….also rooms dont have carpet floors so i as soon as i entered the room it looked squeaky clean, smelled really good, i was so happy, i could have lived there for ages!

Breakfast was just meh….not many options, no freah live cooking, fruits were not fresh, half the items were alreadh finished and buffet time still had an hour to go

One of my all time favourite stays in Ottawa. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating upon check in and during our stay. the location was fantastic for what we were doing in Ottawa, being a few minutes from the highway in both directions We stayed on the top floor in the corner King suite (would highly recommend) and the room was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast (free for kids under 12) at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Will absolutely be booking another stay soon. Thank you!!

Comfy beds and sofa. Free onsite parking. Free wi-fi was reliable. Free lemon water in the lobby all day. Walking distance to bars/restaurants/groceries. Short drive to outlet mall for shopping. Easy access to the 417.

$300 per night for a small room and that was for Sat/Sun/Mon! No hot tub and no mats in the gym.

Everything and the staff were excellent and friendly. Made us feel at home. We took our Guinea pig girl OREO. They loved her and she loved them. We are very happy and this is the only hotel we are going to stay at. Love you guys and the staff in LIONELS.😁💜❤️🐹
