House by itself is incredible, spacious and beautiful. Kitchen is amazing, all days we stayed - we cooked for us. Coffee and tea were available unlimited all day

Room was very dirty, dusty, I found hair on the floor of room and bathroom of previous guests. Even our bed sheets wasn’t changed before our check in. I asked online host to arrange new bed sheets and next day I found it next to our door. Owner really needs to think about cleanness

The size of this home was perfect for the people that we had. The home was wonderfully equipped with all the things we needed. The high end finishes in the main floor make this home look and feel like we were in Beverly Hills.

Upon arrival, no shovelling had been done. Everything was complete ice. Trying to pull in the vehicles was tricky. We had to clear a path and the steps before we could even go in. Just safety wise, glad no one fell. With all the beautiful finishes on the main floor, it would seem like momentum was lost when they got to the second floor. The bedrooms are very plain and seem to be out of place with the rest of the home. There were open vents in the walls where the covers were not replaced. The staircase was missing what I would assume to be a fabulous chandelier, but only the wires hung. Although these things are minor and just cosmetic, our stay was great and served the purpose. We would stay here again!

I was looking for a quiet, personal, and beautiful place to prepare for my online exam. This place perfectly met my needs. I love the fact that I was able to feel spacious, private, and cozy just by staying in my own room. Not only did it have everything I needed, but it was also nicely designed, with superb lighting from the windows and room lightings. Plenty of mirrors in the room. Both main entrance and room lock were by password, super easy to use. The common living and dining rooms were exactly like the pictures. The TV in the living room was large, advanced, and enjoyable. The sofas were very soft and comfortable. The kitchen may be the best kitchen I’ve ever used. There’s a McDonald’s within walking distance. Both the cleaning man and property owner were helpful. Great value!

Nothing really. A few fixtures in my room, such as the bed frame and shower hanger, were broken, but they didn’t bother me. The closet and some drawers contained the property’s belongings, but there was still ample space and enough hangers for my things, so it wasn’t a concern for me.

The house is beautiful and it's located close to the train station. I brought my car and I decided to park at the Blair station and I took the train downtown. It was very close, and there were no worries about finding a parking lot, which it is difficult to find. The staff was amazing. I had the opportunity to chat with the guy in charge and we were very nice. He gave me some recommendations about the places I wanted to visit.

The sink of the bathroom was not clean. I asked for them to clean and I got a prompt response however the issue that I addressed, was not resolved. I didn't want to bother again.

As the name states, it is a luxury mansion. As soon you step through the door you know that you're on a vacation. The house was very spacious and clean. All the basis facilities were available without any issues. Being an Airbnb most of the times you might be worried about the other people you have to share a common space with, but all the poeple we came across were a delight. The owner of the house, Elissa was really nice, helpful and very quick to reply to any queries we had. Most of the things were in 1km radius such as restaurants, train station, bus stop and even grocery stores. I would definitely recommend it.

The only issue we had was with the bed as it was a bit wonky.

The bedroom is very spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The mansion is located in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to downtown with bus/transit, 30 mins. Close to walmart, loblaws, other shops, 15mins walk or 3mins drive. I love how responsive the host is. She responds in an hour, in booking.com chats. Also responds on calls. Although the check-in is in the afternoon, she allows us to leave our luggage early.

Needs a bit of tile/grout cleaning in the shower.

The location was fantastic close to the mall and grocery stores. There is a tim hortons and McDonald's 4min away and the room was excellent. We stayed for 4 nights and I will be booking again really soon. Beautiful house, beautiful neighborhood, absolutely gorgeous house. We felt like we were staying in a 5 star resort with how stunning the house was. And the price is almost unbelievable how affordable it is.

I loved the quietness and the spaciousness of the house, especially my room. I truly enjoyed my stay on New Year’s Eve and felt right at home, even though I was on vacation. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when I return to Ottawa.

The mattress and pillows are somewhat uncomfortable, possibly due to their age. It might be worth taking a look at them

The decoration and the location. We really loved the piano.

It was dusty, the cabinets had what I believe were personal belongings of the original owners of the house. The closet was locked, hopefully, we didn't need to hang out clothes because we were staying only one night. I also was expecting a bigger room and a bigger bed since we were traveling with my husband, my son and I.
