The place was very spacious and perfect for our group of 7 with extra room to spare. We visited Ottawa during a heat wave and the ac was well equipped and kept us nice and cool indoors. Elissa was very attentive and communicative from the time that we booked and throughout our stay as well. We especially were grateful for the washer and dryer that was available in the vicinity.

The basement area was a little scary at night but since it had the bunk beds and a pull out couch no one slept alone down there anyway. We also were staying in Ottawa for a wedding so it would have been nice to have a few extra mirrors in the rooms for getting ready but we still enjoyed our stay!

The has an excellent size to accommodate a family of five for a weekend trip to Ottawa. The kitchen is well-quipped and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. Furthermore, the place is ~15 car minutes away from most of the touristic spots in Ottawa.

We believe that the bathrooms could use an entire revamping soon. However, they were acceptable, but not smashing.

From a professional cleaning company prospection the cleaners for the home need to be doing a better job as they are making you and your company look bad. As we tell our customers if their house looks good they look good and so do we! Their success is our success

Location was excellent and the host was very responsive and accommodating. The 4 rooms can accommodate 10 people comfortably but we were just 4 people so we just used 2 rooms that had queen sized beds.

The staircase carpet needed vacuuming and some floor tiles of the bathroom showed wear and tear.

Spacious home with lots of room to spread out. Great location, with shopping and restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds with lovely duvets and pillows. A perfect place to stay if you have a group or family that needs a larger space.

Definitely could use a facelift in a few spots, but not a big deal. The only problem we had was one of the bedroom windows was slightly open, and frozen solid. It was frigid in there! However, we communicated this to them and it will be fixed right away. Also would recommend black out curtains at some point.

Clean, quiet location. Nice comfy beds. Fully equipped kitchen. It met the needs for me and my family. There is a bathroom and a half which was great. Very nice host which responded very quickly. I will definitely return. Thanks ☺️

Clean, cozy, comfortable stay. Lots of towels provided, pots, pans and other kitchen utensils. Beds were cozy, lots of lights, clean bathrooms, central location close to everything you'd need.

The location is very close to stores, grocery and stuffs yet it was so peaceful during the night. You wont even hear honkings of cars etc.

Broken tiles on some areas that needs some renovations. Theres also some bloodstains on the beddings

The house was clean and ample for my family. The beds in the upstairs were very nice according to those who slept in them. I hit my head on the bunk bed in the basement, but the comforter was nice. The air conditioning worked well.

The kettle did not work. We boiled water for tea in a sauce pan on the stove. The kitchen ceiling light did not work unless the switch was constantly held. My grandson discovered that but he wasn't willing to be the one to hold it while the rest of ate meals. The microwave and two toasters had access to only the lower of a duplex outlet. The upper outlet did not work. I could not get either TV to work though there were three remotes in the living room. There could have been more dinner plates available.

It felt like home. Kitchen was fully functional. TV was working, my family and I could spend some time together. We had dedicated parking at the property.

Few broken tiles in one washroom, A/C didn't work properly. Luckily, we didn't need it as much.
