Location and staff and cleanliness

Foam mattresses-retain body heat and that makes for a hot uncomfortable sleep. There are cooling mattress covers that can improve this. My bed was somewhat worn/aged by how it felt Paper plates are bad. And bamboo utensils are even worse. For this level hotel real stainless cutlery and decent plates (try melamine) should be used. Luis removing yogurt from a wooden spoon is terrible. I think I’m going to start traveling with my own meal service items. Your hotel is not alone with moving from Plastic just move the other direction to real items. I fear wine will soon be served in some kind of paper glass

Breakfast included was good. Room was clean and plenty of room. Staff went above and beyond to ensure the feather pillows were removed for my allergy. Really appreciated the service. Front desk staff was friendly, as well as breakfast staff. Eating area for breakfast was clean and tidy.

It would be nice if there was a note pad and paper in the room. We were looking for something to write on. A couple more toiletres in the bathroom would be nice.

Like the fact that the hotel is right off the main highway, the QEW. It was easier to get around for traveling though other parts of the region/area.

The location was in the middle of a mostly industrial part of town and we would have preferred a location closer to nature trails, parks, Lake Ontario. And there wasn't much to do once there in terms of restaurants and points of interest. To get to those areas, you would need to travel quite a bit on the QEW.

The beds were comfortable, there was free wifi, there is ample parking, they provide a variation every day on breakfast (we stayed 5 nights). The rooms have blackout blinds. The staff are really friendly. It was in a fantastic location for visiting Niagra on the Lake and Niagra falls. Pool looks good. There is a couple of restaurants near by, plus fast food places. There was a small shop on site in case you needed water, juice, or toothbrushes etc

Suggestions: I think instead of having two desks in the room it could do with an additional set of drawers and bedside cabinets on the other side of the beds, also can’t reach down the back of the units where my daughters lip balm fell, it wasn’t the only thing down there as could see someone else’s room card and the top of the fridge was so dusty you could draw a smiley face. I had thought there might have been croissants at breakfast. A safe in the room would be really handy too I know a lot of the hotels around here don’t have them but it is good for those wanting to lock away passports or laptops.

The Hampton Inn was easy to check in and out. The facility was well staffed with everything you could need. My daughter left her stuffed animal behind she had since she was a baby. They had the bear waiting at the front desk for her as we came back. The staff cares and we truly appreciate the attention we were given. Thank you!

I had an incredibly enjoyable stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was met with a warm and friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and hallways was exceptional, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The added bonus of a satisfying breakfast made mornings a delight. One thing that truly stood out was the availability of complimentary coffee, hot water, and a variety of teas – a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more pleasant. What's more, the staff's willingness to accommodate my requests for room cleaning, extra covers, and towels was truly appreciated and made my stay stress-free. But what truly amazed me was the presence of both a Tesla charger and a J1772 charger for electric vehicles. This modern and eco-friendly amenity, provided free of charge, highlights the hotel's commitment to sustainability and convenience. All in all, my experience here was fantastic. I left feeling refreshed and content, thanks to the wonderful service, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was small.

The breakfast was great. The assortment was great. Nice added feature when you’re staying away.

I felt the hallway carpeting should’ve been steam and vacuumed. Clients have spilled coffee. And I thought that they should clean the carpets a little more.

It was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was great! Parking was easy

It was set in a blah area, our room looked out at the parking lot ( good i guess for keeping an eye on your car) Breakfast was a lot of sweets, breads, waffles etc, and I generally eat no sugar or wheat- then toasting things caused a “traffic jam”- but it did have scrambled eggs ( of sorts) and hard boiled eggs.

The hotel is new and well designed with nice black and white photographs throughout the space. Overall it was sparkling clean and shiny. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, but it would be great to add some veggie choices and cold cuts/cheese to the selection.

The pool is quite shallow and overloaded with chlorine. It would be beneficial to add a sauna to the wellness area. We did not like the disposable cutlery and plates for breakfast, it felt cheap. The hotel has no views, just highways or parking.

Good basic breakfast, scrambled eggs or omelette a good feature. Pleasant space for breakfast. Staff were friendly and competent. Location is good for us.

Beds are too high and too soft. This seems to be a trend in hotels everywhere, but check the population--most of us aren't 6 feet tall! I almost needed a stepladder.
