Issue with booking.com ….. issues with lack of communication between the hotel and booking.com. Incredibly difficult to deal with booking.com and hotel as hotel charged us for original booking even though we had made changes with the booking. We are not in a position to eat over $700 in charges as a “ no show” even though we had been approved for the change. The web site is almost impossible to find a contact phone number for booking.com. The hotel front desk was able to assist us in getting us a phone number for customer service.

- The room was (for the price) a little "used" - some refurbishments would be good - little noisy on the evening - no houskeeping (I have told to the cleaning lady, that I am leaving for couple hours so that she can clean the room and when I returned, noone touched anything, even the trash cans were not touched).

We ate at the restaurant every morning and it was exactly what we needed. Staff was always accommodating and wonderful. Upon leaving on the 18 th there was broken car window glass on the parking lot and on both side of my truck. My heart sank for a minute but I realize quickly my vehicle was just fine. Thinking maybe was the car parked in that spot before me that the windows were busted out on. All good, Matinence guy came out and swept it up real good so I didn’t have to roll over it. That man was great. This was not the hotels fault, but rather some people don’t know how to act. Glad my new truck was ok

Just the ride in the elevator bothers me, everything else was perfect

Location was convenient - lots to do right at the hotel, choices of 3 bars right at the location. Tim Hortons down the street, Boston Pizza next door and a McDonalds just a ways down.

Elevators at the hotel - small, cramped and the carpets in the elevator smells of feet and dog. The hotel is several floors high so you would think they would have better elevator systems for a hotel that is a tower. Rooms were quite clean, but could have used some greater detail to vacuuming the carpet.

braekfast was ok but they charged me extra for coffee as i had opted for orange juice to start our meals. They7 have a rule that you cannot have a juice with a coffee,., Youre only allowed one! Staff were very friendly and warm.

I was ovewwrcharged above what i was quoted with booking .com. They said it was for parking and use of their amenities! ($29 +) !!! Ive a bad taste in my mouth as it was already overexpensive

The location was Great,close to different choices of eaterys,closer to The Niagara Falls.Vashti at the Front desk was very Pleasant and helpful.The arcade and bowling alley was Nice.The coffee shop in the lobby was so convenient

The room service food was Great,could of been more value for money though.

Everything was quite good. The elevator was very slow, usually had a fairly long wait and would have loved a hottub but they’re small things

The Room was a nice size, very clean. We arrived from out of town early, and were allowed to check in at 2:30 pm. The lady had some difficulty locating my reservation despite having proof and showing my confirmed reservation on my phone. We began to worry. Eventually she found it. Beds were VERY comfortable. My friend used the Pool the next morning and said it was heated. In the evening, the hotel was quiet. Our room had a nice fridge and microwave. It also came with a coffee maker and coffee pods which my Friend enjoyed. I had Nothing!! NOTHING provided for NON Coffee drinkers, that's me. We stayed only One Night as we came to see a Play at SHAW Festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our Hotel was a 30 min. drive to Shaw, so very convenient. Hotel was also close to restaurants, so we were able to find a place reasonably priced since we are on a budget. Thanks St. Catharines for a Fun Time.😁

I don't drink Coffee. Room didn't supply a kettle, or Any Tea Pods which annoyed me. Hotels supply Coffee always but not for people who Only drink Tea. Tea should also be Offered!!!!!

During check in I was upgraded to a suite and provided with free breakfast which was a pleasant surprise. Room was big and comfortable - really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back
