Good breakfast selection, comfy bed, good location.

The 2 evening frontdesk staff need to learn to be courteous. They were talking in their native language when she was checking me in.

I stayed for several days and had a comfortable, mostly positive experience at this hotel. It’s a solid choice if you need to be near the airport or are looking for a budget-friendly stay with practical amenities. The hotel is clean and quiet, and I felt safe throughout my stay. While the room and overall property are a little dated, it’s clear that many travelers trust this place — I saw a steady flow of people checking in every day. There are definite conveniences here: a fridge and microwave in the room, free airport shuttle, and even an ironing board with a good-quality iron. I also appreciated the small details like the bowed shower curtain rod, ample washcloths, and a large bathroom counter. Ubers arrived within 1–3 minutes when I went downtown, which helped offset the 45-minute distance from the city core. That said, there are areas for improvement. The A/C could be stronger, the pillows were too soft for my liking, and the room lacked USB ports and convenient outlets. The TV had some glitches, and the property has an overall dated feel, especially in the window treatments. The shuttle also only drops off at the front of the airport terminal rather than at your specific airline, which may be a hassle depending on where you're flying from.

There was a free shuttle from the hotel that collected us from the airport and back to the airport at check out. The room was nice and clean. There was a coffee machine at the reception for free coffee whenever one wanted. Breakfast was served from 6.30 to 9.30am. Breakfast included boiled eggs, chicken sausages, bagels, beans, waffle machine for fresh waffles, cake muffins, coffee machine, juice, fresh fruits (melons and pineapples). Breakfast was generally ok. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was an ice machine and gym by the reception. Good hotel. Bus stop within 1 minute walk from the hotel which takes you to Kipling train station. Bus fare is $4.35 if you pay cash or just over $3 if you pay by card. My family liked the hotel. We only stayed for 1 night and I would recommend it for a short stay.

Breakfast options were very limited. Some other types of eggs such as fried or scrambled eggs would have been great. The muffins at breakfast were very dry.

Having a shuttle bus to & from airport was great its the main reason for me to choose this hotel. Good location for short distance from the airport travelling time. Really great staff who were so kind and pleasant, friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and spacious enough room with clean bathroom. Very happy with the pricing in a competitive area as I chose this one for the excellent price.

I found the coffee/tea machine facility unpleasant as I found it complicated to use as I have never used one, I was expecting to find a kettle. Maybe be mindful for older generations and persons from other countries not up to speed with all today's modern functions and technologies. Thankfully there was a microwave in the room so I used this to heat up water. My room was located ground floor and close to reception facing the entrance side and although I was pleased with this but there happen to be a bench located outside the window where I found disturbance from other guests who were up late chatting loudly and I was unable to open window as did not feel comfortable.

Bathroom layout is excellent and water pressure is great. 2) Ample parking 3) Excellent coffee (which means the coffee machines are well cleaned regularly- thank you to the kitchen staff!) 4) Very clean hotel -thank you to the housekeeping team!! 5) Room layout is excellent, it really optimizes the space. 6) Great towels, very absorbent yet soft

1)The bed mattress is due for a change. When you lie down much of your body sinks into it. It makes your back hurt. They need newer, firmer mattresses. 2) very limited selection of TV channels. Didn’t even have CNBC 3) Eggs (at breakfast) don’t seem to use whole eggs but likely processed eggs. Also, overall, the range of breakfast selections was less than many other BW hotels I stayed at in other cities.

Rece I have a chance to stay in this hotel twice. And both times it has been a very pleasant experience. Especially feel to say my greatest appreciation to Front Desk Agent Jasmine. Her welcoming and respectful attitude made a big difference on all duration of our stay there. She is very helpful, knowlagable and always being pleasent and happy. Breakfast is very good. Lots of defferent choices, including fresh fruits. Everything is freshly made and deliciouse. Thank you for free coffee, and big veriety of teas. Fresh white roses in the hallway made my day today, it's been a very beautiful touch. Definenly thus BW going to be my choice in next Toronto visit. Thank you for everything.

The things I enjoyed most about my stay, was how respectful and friendly all the staff were. Housekeeping/room service was amazing. I didn't have to request them or change my own garbage like my previous experience in other hotels. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness of the whole hotel. 24hr access to a hot drink in the lobby.

No TV service or wifi for a day, but from what I take, there were technical difficulties from the provider. Breakfast chicken sausages were an acquired taste on the first day, but the second day made up for it when they served turkey sausages. I would prefer more body soap/shower gel and shampoo/conditioner. I would've liked to have shelter off to the side or around the back for when having a quick cigarette break outdoors, without getting wet.

The staff was very helpful and available. I wish I had a young girl's name that worked the front desk when we checked in on Saturday around 1:45. She was offering us any suggestions for getting our girls to and from the Taylor Swift concert. She should get a raise for being so patient with us LOL! The room was very clean and breakfast was good.

The only thing that kept me from giving A perfect rating was the heat in our bedroom was noisy. Every time it would kick in, it would make three loud clicks as if someone was tapping on an old typewriter. I had a hard time falling asleep because of that. Also, the bathroom sink had a drip

Excellent breakfast- good coffee, juices, fruit salad, yogurt, variety of breads, bagels, waffles and eggs. Cereals as well. Was an airport hotel yet seemed quite a distance from the airport- took longer to get to airport than expected. Shuttle runs only on the hour so need to go early or late but at least there is a shuttle . Comfortable room - king bed but not overly large room.

Was a bit higher than I pay for similar facility in Calgary.

The hotel stay was Excellent more than 5 stars. Lobby had hot complimentary coffee, nice smiling staff ,clean lobby. The room was exceptionally good. Good bed, pillows, sofa , fridge Microwave all details taken care by this hotel. Hot breakfast, juices, cooked hot omelette, hot coffee hot milk, pancakes, bread butter jam honey were all on display to be eaten by guests .No need to ask for anything hidden in fridge or Coolers. I LOVED THE BREAKFAST I travel a lot and I am an experienced Hotelier, I was very impressed by this hotel. I RATE THIS AS 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟+HOTEL. Keep it up Management.

Nothing was bad at Hotel except a note. The elevator is little slow in approaching on demand. Dover can fix it if management calls them.
