Good location right on Ouellette Ave in the heart of the city - easy walk to waterfront and beyond Large, very comfortable bed. TV, safe, coffeemaker all good quality Friendly, helpful staff at front desk and cleaning staff on floors I would return if I can negotiate a lower price next time

The safe is basically on the floor in the armoire. Very inconvenient, especially for seniors. You basically have to get down on your hands and knees. Bathroom is too cramped - I hit my head on the towel bar a couple of times trying to get off the toilet. Also hit my head on the upper bar coming out of the shower. Toilet is low and uncomfortable They have a very sophisticated information system in the TV, but unfortunately it wasn't populated with enough hotel information - I still had to ask staff re details re breakfast, laundry, etc. - why isn't all this in the info screens? It's pretty expensive for a city of Windsor's size.

The cleaning staff were the nicest most efficient ladies around. We had DND sign on door as we didn't need it cleaned and she was nice enough to slide a note under the door in case we needed anything.

Very limited parking that you have to pay for. When parking, it says go slow, sharp curve ahead BELIEVE it, it's like a 90 degree angle. Also our room had no microwave.

The availability of breakfast however was surprised coffee/tea was separate and not included in the buffet price. Excited to see a Starbucks within the premises making it very easy to pick up coffee to go. Rooms were very clean and appreciated cleaning lady tiding up our rooms every day.

Having to pay for parking and the amount charged per day was a surprise. The parking garage was very tight to access. We had to be careful when driving into and out of the parking lot as we have a F150 vehicle.

Great clean place, staff were awesome. Rooms were clean and had lots of lighting.

Breakfast was included but no where to be found, they had a little station at front desk to purchase snacks. Bed was hard so didnt really get a good sleep but made the best of it.

I didn’t find a breakfast facility in the hotel. Unless maybe it was a Starbucks. The reception staff told us of a very nice restaurant 5 minutes walk but could have been nice to have a coffee without leaving the hotel.

Clean, remodeled, comfortable

Front doors being locked at nine at night. Had to make I was back before then being a single traveller Disappointed I called to cancel a room reservation because of flights being cancelled & unable to make it for the first night & told I was still being charged for it.

Room and shower

Ridiculously overpriced, $275 for a night. Tokyo was way cheaper for better facilities. Restaurant /Irish pub is pretty down market food. But an Irish pub that did not have Guinness?

Breakfast was great - Cyrstal was our server and she was the only person on staff that morning - seemed a little over worked and didn't smile much. Otherwise she was fantastic, considering it was just her. The location was great - walking distance to alot of things. We used the pool, which was also quite enjoyable. Stewart/Stuart at the front desk was very knowledgeable and accommodating, with a wonderful disposition.

For the price of the room, we feel there should have been a breakfast included, (perhaps even just continental, or 'grab and go'). And, with limited parking available, that should have also been included in the price!

Did not have breakfast. The cleanliness, the laundry room, the fridge, the very nice cleaning ladies.

The restaurant's food is not as good as last time. The street noise.
