The location was central to our needs. Our room was upgraded. Whenever we needed anything, we contacted management and our needs were met in a timely manner. Management was helpful and friendly (although very little English was spoken, the translator on our phone was invaluable). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was always hot water for our showers.

There was nothing we didn't like about our apartment. There couple of things that could be improved, however: * Please provide a plug for the kitchen sink and bath. * Please provide new towels when room service is carried out.

The specific attention from Ms. Katherine was very unique. Touring recommendations were fantastic. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and acquaintances. Loved it!!!!

We didn't have a bed for everyone. And on the picture it looked different

the photos don’t accurately portray the room. t public areas need patching and paint. having to go to the office for toilet paper, 1 at a time, is demeaning. only 1 elevator working made for interminable waits. the laundry setup is stupid and time wasting (one card for the entire tower. the staff were warm and responsive.

Superb central location. Reasonably clean.

. It was very hot and there is no aircon or fans. Check in is only at 3pm. Contact for small housekeeping issues is difficult as you have to watsapp the owner (who is not on site) who then tells the on site manager. Although they have advertised toiletries- they only provide one pump bottle of handwash in one bathroom (second bathroom has no soap at all) and one dishwasher liquid in kitchen. Despite knowing on the booking how many were staying, there were only 2 towels provided for 7 people. When extra soap and towels were requested, they were delivered the next day as we were checking out!! There are very few plugs for charging your devices.
