Location was wonderful, only 10 minutes from Pile Gate from the hotel by bus. View from the room was amazing, good food variety. Spa was nice. Staff was nice

Food was sometimes too dry. We were staying in room 413 on the last floor and we could hear the main AC system cooler from the rooftop, even during the night. It was a bit disturbing. The steam room was broken during our whole stay Furniture was a bit old, mattresses could be better

Hotel Uvala was a great place to stay.Excellent facilities, great wellbeing centre and exceptionally clean.Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food - breakfast had ample options.Location perfect and the Number 4 bus to Dubrovnik picks up and drops off right outside the hotel.Runs fairly regularly too. The only negative was the building work next door - not informed of this happening prior to our stay. Some disturbance in the morning when work began around 7.30am. Outside pool remained covered - not sure if due to early part of the season or because of building work next door. Overall a very pleasurable stay and I would recommend but request a room away from the building site next door to help alleviate any noise.

Very impressed. The photographs does not do it justice. The location is absolutely perfect for a visit to Dubrovnik. A 10minute (max) bus ride to the Old Town and a 2 minute walk to the beach - with crystal clear water and a pebbly beach (take footwear) There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, and a lovely promenade around the coast line. The staff were perfect, airport transfers were no stress and the room was amazing. Balcony, sea view, and impeccably clean. (Maid came everyday) The pool was great and the bar was great with very friendly and helpful staff. We ate out every night, but the breakfast was very good with lots of food on offer. (I loved the poached eggs) Would 100% recommend this hotel

The hotel was amazingly clean everywhere - rooms, pool, reception. Really nice location - beach a short walk away, bus stop to the old town right outside. Very helpful, friendly staff. Room nice, helpful to have a fridge in the room, and kettle. Lovely balcony with great view over the sea. A few shops and restaurants nearby within easy reach for holiday essentials. Air con was great, and easily adjustable. Hotel also organised transfers for us to and from the airport that were very convenient and hassle-free.

We didn't find the buffet dinner at the hotel totally to our taste, but we are not the easiest customers in that respect. Our shower screen was not totally effective so the bathroom floor got flooded each shower. We did not raise either of these with the hotel as they were just minor points.

Hotel Uvala has a great location - beach(rocky) is very close, bus to the old town leaves from the front of the hotel, restaurants promenade only few minute (~7min) walk away. There is a nice hiking trail close by up the hill, good views.Hotel is close to everything you need but still in a quiet neighbourhood. Buffet breakfast was great - good selection of bread, spreads for toast, pancake machine. Did not try dinner buffet since many restaurants are nearby. Sea view room had a very nice view over Lapad bay. The room had mostly everything you need and cleaning service was good. Employees were friendly and kind. Massage treatment was great. It seemed better than most of the hotels around same area.

Hotel is a bit outdated but still fair. Pool and indoor pool did not look very appealing - did not use them. Pictures of the pool make it seem nice, but it was not inviting in reality - went to beach instead. If you want to use the bubbles in jaccuzzi - you have to inform the employee and ask. There was sand in jaccuzzi and the edges of the bath looked quite dirty. There was a strong specific smell in the hotel- maybe some cleaning supply but it was pretty strong throughout whole stay. Room was overall okay but the teal coloured wall felt a bit out of place. Breakfast coffee was not too great.

Lovely and clean hotel in a great location and lovely facilities including the pool and spa/wellness centre. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and could be enjoyed from a lovely terrace with sea views!

There was a strong perfumed smell in the property, which appeared to be coming from the air conditioning units. It was not a bad smell but I found it too strong and had to keep the aircon off in our room. Also, the staff while nice and polite didn’t provide any information about the facilities other than breakfast times. They also never told us we could access a lovely beach just across the road in a sister hotel or that a bus into the old town stopped right outside the door. A little bit more info on check in would be great!

Great staff, service and food. Although the choice is not massive I think there is more than enough for all and is a better quality food than most hotels. The pool was lovely with nice views. The complimentary fruit and odd cocktail were most welcome. The rooms were big and comfortable. The bus stops right out side the hotel and is a 10 min bus ride to old town. There is restaurants and bar within easy walk. Would definitely stay again

Not many sunbeds around pool but we managed fine. The same music around the pool and restaurant all day every day was a bit monotonous.

The hotel is in a quiet location within easy walking distance of local facilities and a bus joyrney/long walk to Dubrovnik Old City. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The main hotel facilities such as the reception, bar, and restaurant were clean, tidy and welcoming. The hideaway bar was really cosy and a lovely place to have a drink. The service was great. The room had a lovely view of the sea & bay. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The housekeeping staff were very efficient. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch.

The room was very noisy 24/7 due to a boiler or air conditioning unit running every 30 minutes and this kept me awake at night. The room was cold as the balcony doors had a gap down the side of them. Lots of local bars, hotels, etc. were not open and looked like they were being renovated.

Exceptional hotel, fabulous, helpful, and friendly staff, super clean with an amazing spa and massage was superb. Our room was superb and cleaned daily with exceptional views of the sea. Great choice of food available for breakfast and only a short stroll to all the bars & restaurants. On arrival, we had a very warm welcome, beautiful towel decoration & chocolates on the bed, along with the arrival of bubbles courtesy of the hotel. What a truly fabulous place, will definitely be returning.

Beautiful stay with the family, 2 rooms booked which were lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is fabulous with the local number 4 bus stopping outside. Lovely spa with indoor pool as outdoor pool not open during our stay.The staff in the hotel were exceptional so professional and friendly. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.

We had half board included which wasn't great the first night but much better another 2 nights.,better choice needed overall and water,tea/coffee should be included like breakfast. We ate here 3/5 nights.
