Let me start by saying that Adelais Bay Hotel is under new management and this is their first season, so all not-so-flattering comments from 2022 and before should be ignored. I had the most amazing stay at this property. The staff are lovely, especially Iova, Alina and Despina from the pool bar team and Rafaela and Joanna from the reception team. They couldn't be more helpful! I could see the hotel manager, Ms Budaca, working alongside her staff and she was always very approachable and very friendly. What was very nice to observe is the teamwork - they work in unison and this in turn made my stay very enjoyable as I was looked after very well. The pool is super clean and you can enjoy new and very comfortable sun lunges around it. There is a good selection of hot and cold food, pastries and fruit for breakfast. The pool bar offers a la carte selection of freshly cooked meals. They are very reasonably priced and much better value for money than in most places in Protaras. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, open every day until 11 pm. The nearest beach is about 10 min walk. It is sandy, clean, cosy and beautiful, but you should get there by 10:00-10:30 am if you want a sun lounge and parasol (these cost 2.50 EUR each for a day). I enjoyed my stay at Adelais Bay Hotel so much, that I'm returning there in September. I could happily give them 10/10, but there is a small room for improvement here, so hopefully I will see it on my return. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to have an enjoyable stay, where value for money counts and where you will definitely feel appreciated as a guest.

We had a wonderful 9-days stay at Adelais and I'll always recommend this hotel for our friends! We had a very early arrival (5am) and we could check-in earlier (around 10h), which was very much appreciated. Everyone was extremely kind with us. The hotel areas are cleaned everyday and everything is very well maintained. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of options, as you can see in my photos. The coffee is not very strong (not like espresso), but that did not bother us at all. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel, since we had to work for a few days. Food was great and prices were very reasonable! I believe you can easily reach the hotel by public transport, as I saw bus stops nearby, but to have an optimal experience you may need to rent a car like we did. However, we ended up going several times to the nearest beach, which we liked very much (Παραλία Βυζακιά - our second favourite, after Konnos Beach) The double-room was spacious and we had a wonderful view. The bed was comfortable, frigobar worked really well. I just missed having more sockets to charge our phones, as we only had one. We slept really well at night, couldn't hear anything outside. When going back to Cyprus, I'll most definitely stay here again.

The staff was fantastic, but a special shoutout to Rafaella on the night shift. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Her warm professionalism truly elevated our experience.

Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable, with many positive aspects. However, we did notice some inconsistencies with the housekeeping service. It felt like they only took out the trash, and our bed was not made, and the bathroom floor was left without a towel. I had to request it. We hope these minor issues can be addressed for future guests.

I was in Cyprus for the first time, but not the last. A beautiful place. The staff at the Adelais Bay Hotel were very kind and patient with me. Unfortunately, I don't know English, only German and Hungarian, but we understood each other. I paid half board, so only breakfast was included, but everything was great and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I surprised my mother with this vacation for her 60th birthday. He loved every minute of it. Thank you very much for this experience.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I didn't like was the state of the volleyball court. It could have been arranged and the guests could have played together.

location was perfect for me . very close to center but quiet area away from the noise . the staff were very friendly and helpful. the view from the room was amazing . it was very good value for money . breakfast was of good variety and fresh. . I recommend .

there needs to be some maintenance on air conditioning . while we were there there was a surge that caused ac not function but the staff next morning approached us and apologized for the outage . while the ac was working I found that it was not cooling enough . a kettle with water and coffee / tea would have made it better

The hotel is lovely and clean, the breakfast was very good - plenty of options, fresh fruit etc. The pool area was great with comfortable sun beds. Plenty of parking. We had a deluxe double room with a sea view, which had a great view, however was slightly different to the picture. The hotel is situated about 5 mins in the car from the main strip, which was fine for us as we had a car. There’s a nice restaurant and shop next to the hotel. Overall a lovely stay.

The stuff is very nice and helpful , all of them. The pool is big and nice , not too crowded , many sits . breakfast is nice and rooms are cleaned everyday . Location is great near green bay beach and you can catch a bus 101 to Aya napa centet for 20 minutes or 101 10 minutes to portaras center for shops and resturants . Good value for money, we enjoyed our stay !

No Gym , but the pool is not a bad exersize .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Adelais Bay Hotel in Protaras, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly amazing and hospitable, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The food at the hotel is delicious and consistently fresh. Every meal was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The rooms have been recently renovated, exuding a cherished and comfortable vibe. They were spotless, well-maintained, and provided a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. One day, I accidentally left my sunglasses by the pool area. The bartender noticed and, together with the receptionist, ensured my sunglasses were safely returned to me as soon as possible. This level of care and attention to detail truly impressed me. Considering the rates, the value for money at Adelais Bay Hotel is exceptional. For the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience, it far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is fantastic, offering beautiful views and easy access to nearby beaches, such as Lombardia and Green Bay.

Most important for me was the warm friendly welcome that was received that continued throughout the stay even if it was only for 1 🌙 Sunrise, amazing views Updated rooms Given free room upgrade due to the reason of last minute booking. Lunch was provided without extra cost as i missed breakfast after late night out. All staff were friendly welcoming. If you want to avoid the hustle n hassle of overcrowded beaches, Adelais Bay is perfect for peacefulness, relaxation, chill vibes. Prices were cheaper than i expected at the bar, so cheers guys. They will also play you your own playlist, as long as NOT to disturb the other guests.

It is a great hotel, with amazingly kind staff and nice views. The girls from the reception were especially helpful and attentive. Our room was comfortable, we also enjoyed the pool and garden area. Wifi works well. There is a small lovely beach within 5 min walk, restaurants and shops close as well. Good value for money.

Coffee could be better. Room cleaning needs improvement. Common areas were very clean but room cleaning was disappointing. A deep cleaning is needed and of course vacuuming instead of sweeping. Dust was never cleaned during our stay. A laundry rack would be nice on the balcony and some better chairs. The signs with "Don't feed the cats!" are just cruel, like how can people stuff their faces with a lot of food and the poor creatures are left hungry!?. Better care for them is needed, they are after all a symbol of Cyprus and amazing living things. A well fed cat would never bother to ask for food and healthy and happy cats would add more value to the hotel and would attract more tourists. (there are 115 million cat owners/lovers in Europe)
