Hotel excellent, staff smiling and helpful, room as expected with mini-fridge, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, balcony etc. Grounds, being outside of Protaras, fairly expansive with pool area and a very useful shady lawn and tree area. Food good, buffet service in the main restaurant for dinner, but also an excellent Little Italy a la carte restaurant. All inclusive drinks local only, but still good quality. Stayed in late Sept/early Oct, but temps still in the high 20's, so balcony use was a bit limited for us. Bus stop about 200 metres from the the hotel as there is a longish drive, but frequent service to either Protaras or Ayia Napa, with single trip just 1.50 euros irrespective of the length of the journey. Also, hotel provides a golf buggy option to take guests to the nearby Mimosa sandy beach with safe bathing. Additionally, entertainment every night. So all very good.

The property was beautiful, clean, smelled amazing! The pool side was incredible you had a choice between lounging around the pool or on the grassed area, both were fantastic. The staff were super friendly and helpful! You are spoilt for choice with the breakfast, everything you could think of they had, we only had breakfast but did order a meal and it was amazing! The location is great you’ve got Konnas beach 10 minute walk away and there is buses that take to you Ayia Napa, which is 20 minutes of into the town which is only 5 minutes. The added bonus too is on the basement level where the spa is there is a shop, it has all the essentials you need and more and the staff are lovely! Fantastic can’t wait to stay again in the future.

I had an enjoyable stay at Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel & Spa. The gym was excellent, and I appreciated the nice touch of complimentary apples and water in the lobby. The daily restocked water in the room was also a thoughtful gesture. The complimentary dinner was a highlight—it was absolutely amazing! The room itself was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the view from the balcony was awful. In hindsight, I’d recommend requesting a higher floor for a better view, as it could have improved the overall experience.

However, the breakfast could use some improvement. There weren’t many options, and there were no gluten-free choices, which was disappointing. While there were plenty of milk options, I would have preferred more yogurt options instead of six different types of milk.

I had an amazing stay from start to finish. All the staff were wonderful- very welcoming and kind. Particularly Aura, Ram, Marlon (who makes great pina coladas) and Bishan. I don't think I have ever stayed at such a clean hotel (even after a rainy opening night, somehow everything was still spotless throughout the stay). Massive thanks to the cleaners who you never see but who obviously work very hard. Breakfast was incredible. Possibly the best I've had abroad. The location is excellent- perfect hotel for a quiet stay. But near enough to walk to nearby beaches/ towns. I upgraded my room to one of the jacuzzi rooms for the last night of my stay and that was well worth it for the views and the sunrise! Very minor suggestions for improvement: Lunch and dinner had a fairly small selection and as other reviews have said, sometimes the food could have been hotter. It would be nice if the indoor pool were heated. Overall though, an outstanding stay which was made very special by all the wonderful staff at the hotel. Thank you so much!

The mattress - WOW, So fantastic I went home and bought one. The hotel is in excellent condition and very well maintained, The breakfast offering is good - excellent coffee, but as with all hotels it seems fresh orange juice is too much to expect - though oranges are so cheap in Cyprus- and the weak, orange squash alternative the machine provided reminded us of what you'd be offered in the 1970's. The bedroom was comfortable, spacious with excellent linens - and pillow's. The spa staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel sunbathing lawn was immaculate. The Nespresso coffee in the guest rooms is a nice touch.

The gym - No mirrors, only one floor mat for stretching, ventilation poor and poorly laid out. Also we saw 2 large cockroaches, One by the hot tub & one by the gym. And if you are going to have an indoor pool why isn't it heated? The bar, We ordered a gin & tonic - but they had no tonic? The bartender was very apologetic and it was the last night of the season before the hotel shuts down - but tonic in a bottle is surely standard. When I reserved I requested a quiet room, and bearing in mind it was the last night of the season and the hotel was practically empty I was surprised to discover my balcony was next to two huge, stainless steel ventilation shafts that hummed and vibrated constantly - Surely in the circumstances that choice of room was not necessary?

Perfect location, which is a short drive to Protaras, but in a much quieter area than the crowded town. The hotel staff is very friendly and invited us regularly to free drinks, as well as a free lunch on the day of our departure. (We had only half board). Just approx. 100 meters away from the hotel, there is a small supermarket. The surrounding area is nice for short walks, there is a stone beach and cliffs in close proximity. The food at the breakfast buffet and dinner were good overall, there's only very little to complain about. It's not 5 stars but absolutely appropriate for a 4 star hotel. The hotel being an adults only hotel is a plus for people seeking relaxation. In the pre-season (May 2025), there was plenty of free space in the hotel's private parking lot, so it was very convenient to park and use the car.

Overall, the room was quiet and we could sleep well. In the first night, the guests in the neighboring room had a verbal fight which was quiet loud, but not a fault of the hotel.

Perfect place if you want to enjoy peaceful holidays without crowds of tourists and children. Hotel is adults only, is is located by the seaside between Protaras and Ajya Napa, in a quiet place with splendid sea & rocks views and quick reach by local buses to any of these two main cities. You can take a bus only 10 mins travel for 1.5 euro) to Protaras Fig Bay Beach or have a picturesque 1h walk to it by the seaside trail which I highly recommend. Hotel is clean and comfortable, with lovely interior. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious with amazing views from balcony. Inside and outside pools are nice but a bit cold, although jacuzzi saves the day! We were at the end of October, and sea was warmer than pools. The closest sandy Mimosa beach is 10 mins walk away, hotel has free transfers by car to it for the guests. Otherwise, there is a rocky entrance to the sea right in front of the hotel (shallow area and stairs are available there), which is a great option for snorkeling or just relaxing in a quiet day with little wind (ensure foot protectors as its painful to step without them). Breakfasts are delicious with variety of choice, same goes for lunches and dinners if you go for all inclusive option. As a cat person, I felt like in heaven as there were plenty of them all around 😍

The air conditioning in the room was a way too loud, awakening us up during the night.

Everything was exceptional, the food, the staff, the room. There was some good entertainment and the staff could not do enough to help you as well as being super friendly. It was my birthday while here and I came back to the room to find a lovely surprise of bubbly and a fruit platter from the hotel which was lovely.

Could have had one or two more English tv channels as we like to have the tv on in the background, and there is only bbc news. The pool was also extremely cold. This is just personal preference and nothing that would stop me from returning.

It was very comfortable and clean. The food was outstanding. Great choice. Amazing staff! The food was superbly prepared and presented. It was being constantly topped up when items were running low. Very high quality. Breakfast was equally as superb as the evening meal. So clean as well.

Having to pay extra for the spa facilities including the steam bath and sauna. The sauna was out of order. The staff in the spa were not very helpful. You had to go back to reception to book the sauna and steam room. The indoor pool was freezing on a day where the weather was not great. A heated indoor pool would make it more attractive during a time of year where the temp is inconsistent.
