The room size was good, the food was delicious, all the staff were very helpful and very nice.

There is no access to the sea.

We spent 10 amazing days at this all-inclusive hotel in Protaras and couldn't have asked for a better holiday. The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful area, about 45 minutes by car from Larnaca Airport and easy to reach. There are plenty of free parking spaces directly at the hotel, which made traveling with our rental car very convenient. Just a short walk away is a peaceful swimming spot with a small staircase into the sea – the water was incredibly clear and blue, perfect for snorkeling and swimming. A small supermarket is located right across the street for snacks or essentials. The hotel offers great facilities: a lovely outdoor pool, a large grassy area with sea view and sunbeds, an indoor pool, whirlpool, spa, and a well-equipped gym. There were also daily activities like aqua gym, darts, and volleyball – a big shoutout to Katarina, who brought so much energy and fun every day. Our room was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels upon request. Beach towels were available for free in the spa area. The buffet meals were excellent – varied, fresh, and themed differently each night (Greek, Italian, Asian, etc.). We especially recommend the hotel’s Italian à-la-carte restaurant – the food was outstanding. The staff really made the difference: from the warm and professional restaurant team led by Aurora, to the fantastic bartenders Marlon, Bishal, and Sujan – everyone was friendly, attentive, and always smiling. The drinks were perfectly prepared at all bars, whether at the pool, lobby, or gin bar. Nearby, we visited Fig Tree Bay, Konnos Beach, Cape Greco, the Blue Lagoon, Sea Caves, and even Ayia Napa – all easily reached within 10–15 minutes by car or local bus. The combination of location, service, food, and atmosphere was just perfect. We would 100% return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cyprus. A truly relaxing and memorable stay – 10/10!

Nothing really, only that the vegetarian food at the buffet was sometimes difficult to recognize because of the description that was a little bit confusing.

There were so many beautiful areas to relax at the hotel - from the beautiful lounge surrounded by modern art, a beautiful piano and a quirky little bubble car, to the gin bar overlooking the pool and the ocean. The veranda which was positioned right in front of the beach and was scattered with gorgeous flowers and palm trees was a perfect place to enjoy a late night drink whilst watching some easy entertainment, and the views from our balcony were stunning in the day and night. We chose to stay at leonardo crystal cove for 12 nights as our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival in the evening, the reception staff had asked the chefs to keep the restaurant open later than they usually would in order for us to have some dinner before heading off to bed - there was a fabulous selection, and each night had a new cuisine theme which kept the choices interesting and varied. I suffer with severe anaphylaxis to peanuts and hazelnuts, but the signage and the staff were so helpful in catering to my needs. We never went hungry, as with our all inclusive package there were free snacks such as burgers, baguettes and wraps available in between meals (I certainly put on a few pounds during my stay!). As a welcome gesture for our honeymoon, we received two bottles of champagne to enjoy in our hotel room which was the perfect start to a wonderful stay. The air conditioning worked a treat in our room, as the outside temperatures often climbed into the high 30’s. The pool itself was a whopping 35°C most days, so you could easily spend the whole day floating and relaxing while the music played by the pool bar. Just a two minute walk from the hotel garden was a picturesque dock into the crystal clear waters of the Cyprus sea. There we saw cornet fish, ornate wrasse and lots of little hermit crabs. We also managed to swim with wild turtles during our stay which had been a high bucket-list item for quite some time.

Everything about our stay here was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved our room, and had a fabulous time relaxing in the day in the garden area and in the evenings having a drink by the bar. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning where the was a lot of choice. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. All in all, a lovely stay, and would definitely return.

The pool was a little bit too small for me, but I wouldn't say it put me off. You are a bit limited for places to eat in the evening immediately outside of the hotel, but there are a couple of nice tavernas you can walk to, and anyway the bus into Protaras is right outside and gets you there quickly where there is loads of choice should you want it.

the hotel was really clean and staff were helpful . restaurant, reception bar staff all excellent. kristina and other staff were really helpful in helping us book escape room in aya nappa. The gym was excellent with very new technogym equipment all in good condition and all working (which is a pleasant suprise having used other gyms abroad) . Staff on pool bar marlon and inside bars worked really hard. Full day time entertainment programme ,good evening entertainment programme, dance show was really good, but singers every night needs a little more variety. nearby crystal cove beach was excellent. food was excellent

The TV was very limited for english channels (not the end of the world) but with the amount of brits staying in hotel, I thought there would have been a better selection - had to go into aya nappa to watch u21s footy final

We stayed here in 2023 and really enjoyed it then. We stayed again for a week in June 2025 and it continues to be a first class experience. The interior and exterior are immaculate, the food is excellent, always a great selection, extensive drinks and cocktails menu (we were all inclusive), staff are a real asset. The pool has an adjacent bar and the large lawn behind the hotel is perfect for quieter moments. The adjacent coast is rocks but a small beach cove is nearby and a buggy takes you there and back. Nightly entertainment is excellent with a variety of singing and talented musical acts. Highly recommended!

Nothing, a great hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! I had requested a room on an upper floor, and not only was my request kindly accommodated, but the room I received exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking—truly a highlight of my trip. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, an example of great hospitality, from reception to housekeeping—and the kitchen staff, who were all so kind. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Protaras!

Hotel excellent, staff smiling and helpful, room as expected with mini-fridge, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, balcony etc. Grounds, being outside of Protaras, fairly expansive with pool area and a very useful shady lawn and tree area. Food good, buffet service in the main restaurant for dinner, but also an excellent Little Italy a la carte restaurant. All inclusive drinks local only, but still good quality. Stayed in late Sept/early Oct, but temps still in the high 20's, so balcony use was a bit limited for us. Bus stop about 200 metres from the the hotel as there is a longish drive, but frequent service to either Protaras or Ayia Napa, with single trip just 1.50 euros irrespective of the length of the journey. Also, hotel provides a golf buggy option to take guests to the nearby Mimosa sandy beach with safe bathing. Additionally, entertainment every night. So all very good.

Everything! The service was truly outstanding — warm, caring, and incredibly attentive. The staff made me feel relaxed and valued from the moment I arrived. When I added an extra night to my stay, I had originally booked a standard room, but they generously upgraded me to the suite I had been in from the beginning — free of charge! They also allowed me a late check-out, which was such a kind gesture and not something I take for granted. The food was delicious, the place was spotless, and the atmosphere was peaceful and full of good energy. Truly perfect in every way.

Absolutely nothing — everything exceeded expectations.

From the very first day, our experience at this hotel was outstanding. The pre-check-in process was smooth and thoughtful, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. Every detail was carefully taken care of, showing how much attention the team puts into ensuring guests feel comfortable. The staff were exceptionally caring and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a very positive experience from start to finish.

The location can be a bit challenging for transportation, though this is certainly not the fault of the residence itself.
