We got an upgrade to a king Suite which was absolutely amazing!! The views from the hotel and our room to the sea is really stunning. We couldn’t be more comfortable in that Suite, the service from the whole staff was excellent, very kind and polite, and considering the big amount of people now in August, they manage to very well everything to don’t feel uncomfortable because of that. Food was delicious, never miss anything, with different options for restaurants and we were surprise that even being at full capacity it was very quiet.

Nothing, the only thing I would improve is to give the chance to the grass in the pool to grow and be in better condition.

We made a same day booking as a last minute get away with the family to a hotel we always wanted to stay for a few days. We arrived at our designated time and got immediately impressed by the professionalism, kindness and politeness of the staff. The overall cleanness of our room and the hotel facilities in general were at a high level during our stay. Our room was quite spacious and the housekeeping services were fast and efficient. The staff were always smiling and kind and always willing to help. The breakfast was really rich and amazing. We really enjoyed the pool and the free buggy service offered by the hotel to and from Konnos Beach. Finally, the WiFi connection was very reliable and fast at all times.

Only a few things that didn't affect our stay overall. The first one being the lack of sufficient parking spaces and struggling every day to find a place to park (quite expected given the hotel being fully booked) and the second one being the slow service at the breakfast (again due to the high season). Also, despite the great location of the hotel, being next to Konnos Beach, there is pretty much nothing else close by or at a walking distance so you have to have a car or get a taxi to Protaras or Ayia Napa.

We stayed here for 3 nights, ending our vacation in Cyprus. The hotel is big and has a nice pool. The beach also looks pretty but there are lots of stairs so we didn’t try going there because my mother has knee problems (they have a buggy but only once an hour apparently). Also, there are lots of boats and catamarans from excursions, with loud music that you’ll be able to hear from the lawn at the hotel way above… Around the swimming pool, you’ll have to move your sunbed around a little bit to find shade as the umbrellas are stuck to the ground and don’t tilt, but that’s ok. You can also buy ice cream by the pool (3,5 euros for 3 scoops I believe, and they also sell waffles and some other snacks). Our room was also spacious enough, and the beds were comfortable. There was also enough storage space and outlets to charge our gadgets. Unfortunately, we believe the floor wasn’t vacuumed once during our stay because we felt dirt under our feet the minute we arrived and it wasn’t from our shoes (and we didn’t go to the beach…). The breakfast buffet was generous (we loved the fresh orange juice machine), but we would have loved if it ran until a later hour (it ends at 10:30). We had full board, so we tried lunch (one day it was buffet - a bit limited -, another day a la carte) and we had dinner each evening at the hotel. And although the staff at the reception and at the store was friendly, we were disappointed with the some of the servers at the restaurant, especially the one we had more than once. He was borderline rude and we didn’t feel welcome at all (he asked where we were from and he told us he thought Portugal was a very strange country, in his own words… such an impolite thing to say to their guests!!).

Restaurant service; drinks not included with full board; no personal touch

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The cleanliness stood out, and the view was absolutely amazing definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful, which made a big difference.

The hotel could use some renovation. The furniture in the common areas feels quite dated, almost like it's from another era. Additionally, the room was quite small for three adults, especially considering the price point. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but with some updates and better room sizing, it could be truly exceptional. I'd still recommend it, especially for the views and the great service.

That was our best resort experience ever! The stay exceeded all expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location near Cyprus's best beach, Konnos, with crystal-clear water and rich underwater life, including turtles, octopuses, and various fish right from the beach! You can even walk from the hotel to Cyclops Cave and the Cape Greko National Park. The hotel upgraded the room we booked, and we enjoyed an excellent stay with a fantastic sea view. The property is recently renovated and very clean. The breakfast was great. The hotel has 3 restaurants and a nice Cliff bar. The Japanese restaurant was our favorite. The hotel grounds are also very beautiful. The service was perfect, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt like special guests. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends, and we are looking forward to visiting again!

Nothing, our stay was perfect.

The hotel was absolutely amazing and definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the facilities that the hotel had to offer were fantastic. The bedroom was quite big, clean and nicely decorated, with a nice view of the pool. We also enjoyed having a drink at the Cliff Bar, which was fantastic, and an amazing meal at the hotel's Italian restaurant. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which was amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised by the vast selection of food items. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Nothing negative to say

The location on the cliff, above Konnos beach is superb. Variety of restaurants to choose from depending on your mood, from casual to formal. Excellent breakfast buffet with everything you can imagine. The spa treatment was pure magic.

Staff in the reception must spend a little bit more time explaining to customers their policies, for example that half board is only applicable for Antaeus restaurant only, as we had a misunderstanding on that.

Room space was convenient. All staff were friendly and smiling all the time. The breakfast buffet was extravagant. The gym area was adequate. The various amenities available in one place made me comfortable.

The parking space for my car was not always available and the spaces are tight even for my small rental. The air-conditioning didn't perform to my expectations 18 to 19 degrees. It waa always around 23 and 24 degrees

Excellent as always great location the rooms are great and very super clean and relaxing - pool is massive so never full with people we loved it

Food needs improvement - breakfast especially it has so many things that the quality is lacking..like do u really need 6 different sausages? Or mini snitzels? Or falafels? For breakfast? Just do some authentic real cypriot local dishes but make the quality better. V disappointed with that - and the pool food..worst club sandwich ever which is v difficult to mess that one up. Only the cyprus kebabs on sunday were nice.

Service was great and the breakfast was lovely. They were nice enough to send us a bottle of wine for my partners birthday. Staff was kind, helpful and informative. Asian restaurant was very nice and drinks at the cliff bar were also great.

The rooms are a little dated and lacked character though they were a decent size. The spa facilities were not very nice though the massage and staff were great. Would be nice if they upgrade their facilities.
