One of the best we have experienced so far in the area. What truly suprised us is that: 1. At breakfast there was freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly grinded coffee 2. There is free water dispenser at the pool area 3. There is fresh cucumber and citrus water and fruits to get at the lobby 4. The rooms are equipped with capsule coffee machines and complementary fresh fruit on arriival 5. Easy access from the rooms to breakfast and pool area 6. Kiosk not overpriced 7. Cleaningness is spectacular 8. Staff willingness to be of help to you 9. The quality of drinks and food in general

While cleaningness in general is spectacular, the room cleaning service was a bit dissappointing (e.g. towels on the floor re-hanged instead of exchanged). Also room coffee not renewed the day after. Also, room ligthing electronics, shampoo dispensers and shower rain need to be serviced as not all points were fully functional.

We were 10 family members, 7 adults and 3 kids, we really enjoyed our time. The hotel has all you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and clean. The waterpark is a real hit. The pool never feels too crowded and there are plenty of sunbeds, although sometimes all occupied. The food is okay, there is variety and you can always find something to eat. There are entertaiments and activities in the hotel which are great for both adults and kids. Bus station outside the hotel. Free water is everywhere around the hotel.

Towels looked old and some were torn out. Location is not the best but there is a bus station just outside the hotel. Food is okay, could be better, but still there is a good variety and there are two restaurants in the hotel. I don't recomend the food in the bar near the pool.

We have visited a family of 5 adults and 2 children, at the end of May- beginning of June, on an all inclusive basis. Upon our arrival - we got an upgrade on 2 out of 3 rooms that we've reserved - amazing bonus by the hotel. All the rooms were clean, spacious, very beautifully decorated. Hotel's facilities were daily cleaned, and the whole perimeter was very well maintained. Food wise - through all of the meals we felt there was not enough selection of fish, seafood and fresh vegetables. But the cantina next to the pool offered through the day also salads, sandwiches, hamburgers and desserts - and lot of our dinners were based on that. It was great that it was open through the day so that there's always some snacks and beverages available, specially for the kids. Also got the chance to check the rooftop cocktail bar - highly recommended - great drinks , fine sushi and cool atmosphere. Every evening there was some musical entertainment on the main porch, which you can enjoy with some drinks from the main bar. For the kids they had face painting at 19:30, every evening and mini disco - but only once. The kids club only opens at 10:00 - too late for us folks that are up from 7:00 AM due to out toddler. Offered activities such as painting, darts, lego bricks, kids yoga. Unfortunately during our visit, there was a windy weather so we didn't use the pool so much. But a few minutes from the hotel, there is a magical lagoon, a public beach, where we spent a lot of time. There is a bus stop next to the hotel - very convenient, and we got the chance to visit Protaras by public transport, in 5-10 minutes ride. To summarise - we really enjoyed our visit, and although it wasn't perfect, hopefully we'll come back in the near future.

We loved the size of this resort, is very compact, easy to navigate for our children (8y and 6y), waterpark near the main swimming pools, bars, toilets all nearby. I particularly appreciate the fact that there were water fountains around the property. The room cleaning was excellent ( sometimes they even tidy up twice a day), exceptionally clean everywhere. Special mention for the pool bar personnel, Gabor was especially attentive and friendly. All employees were generally nice. Our kids loved the mini club and the organized activities (water polo, petanque, aqua gym, darts etc)

We were charged for the minibar even if there was no price list anywhere in the room and on the first day there was a note saying that it is complimentary products for us to enjoy. At the pool bars they were using disposable cups- not very environmentally conscious.

Very beautiful hotel, 3 big swimming pools, nice, clean and spacious room, free cold water everywhere and a very kind staff. We would like to thank to Maria who is very kind and who made us feel like VIP guests and to Andreas from restaurant, who is very kind person and we will never forget the level of hospitality we received. We also had an amazing time during the day due to animation team, Kiki and Sofi, who entertained us during the whole day/week, we had opportunity to meet new people and we enjoyed the whole animation program with girls. They put the whole energy to animation every day on the strong sun just to keep us entertained, so we appreciate it very much. Location is also very good. Just a couple of bus stops from center of Protaras or Aya Nappa and weather was also amazing.

great place, new and clean, good food, amazing beach nearby

1. Water park. Not so many kids were playing at the waterpark (beginning of October). The water was not that cold, but there were sprinklers and splashes (like a rain) everywhere and even with the minor wind it becomes freezing cold. I would recommend to turn them off (all of the sprinklers and splashes) and leave only water on the slides open during the autumn time. Our son barely used the water park even though we chose the hotel because of it. 2. Paper cups in the pool bar ruin the drink in 5 mins as the cup becomes soft. 3. Kids disco is a bit too late (at 20.30) for younger kids.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean, breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices.

Hotel layout is very difficult, especially if your room is on one of the two annexed buildings and you have to go through many heavy fire rated doors and lifts all while carrying a baby pushchair. Also, while the kid's pool is an excellent feature, maybe the hotel could also consider adding more features to the outdoor playground nearby.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, the pool was clean and the whole property is well taken care of.

Only one thing wasn’t that great. The AC in the room is very loud, to the point that you can’t sleep and opening the balkon doors is not an option as the hotel is near a busy road.

Hotel was very clean, and staff were all lovely in every area of the hotel. Drinks in the bar areas were amazing very nice cocktails, room was really clean and cleaned daily, unfortunately you don't get any more milk in the room for the coffee machine once you use what's there on check in.

Unfortunately I wouldn't stay again with children as the entertainment isn't very good. We stayed 4 nights and only one night did the children have any kind of entertainment, mini disco wasn't on over the full 4 nights we stayed all though it was advertised in the hotel to be on at least twice, the hotel just lacks good entertainment for the standard it rates itself. Unfortunately the entertainment provided was more for the older generation and even then there isn't enough space in the area they put the entertainment so being able to watch was difficult. The drinks service at meal times is also hard to come by, we would finish our meal before we would even be offered a drink and only certain staff in the restaurant can take your order so ask to order was a nightmare too.

the floor in the restaurant was sticky in the morning.the 1 of the porters named Giannies who was not very friendly and had an attitude because we put the luggages in the trolley wrong. one of his coworkers helped us finally with the luggages. the second boy was very friendly and willing to help us
