One of the best we have experienced so far in the area. What truly suprised us is that: 1. At breakfast there was freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly grinded coffee 2. There is free water dispenser at the pool area 3. There is fresh cucumber and citrus water and fruits to get at the lobby 4. The rooms are equipped with capsule coffee machines and complementary fresh fruit on arriival 5. Easy access from the rooms to breakfast and pool area 6. Kiosk not overpriced 7. Cleaningness is spectacular 8. Staff willingness to be of help to you 9. The quality of drinks and food in general

While cleaningness in general is spectacular, the room cleaning service was a bit dissappointing (e.g. towels on the floor re-hanged instead of exchanged). Also room coffee not renewed the day after. Also, room ligthing electronics, shampoo dispensers and shower rain need to be serviced as not all points were fully functional.

1. Water park. Not so many kids were playing at the waterpark (beginning of October). The water was not that cold, but there were sprinklers and splashes (like a rain) everywhere and even with the minor wind it becomes freezing cold. I would recommend to turn them off (all of the sprinklers and splashes) and leave only water on the slides open during the autumn time. Our son barely used the water park even though we chose the hotel because of it. 2. Paper cups in the pool bar ruin the drink in 5 mins as the cup becomes soft. 3. Kids disco is a bit too late (at 20.30) for younger kids.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, the pool was clean and the whole property is well taken care of.

Only one thing wasn’t that great. The AC in the room is very loud, to the point that you can’t sleep and opening the balkon doors is not an option as the hotel is near a busy road.

Hotel was very clean, and staff were all lovely in every area of the hotel. Drinks in the bar areas were amazing very nice cocktails, room was really clean and cleaned daily, unfortunately you don't get any more milk in the room for the coffee machine once you use what's there on check in.

Unfortunately I wouldn't stay again with children as the entertainment isn't very good. We stayed 4 nights and only one night did the children have any kind of entertainment, mini disco wasn't on over the full 4 nights we stayed all though it was advertised in the hotel to be on at least twice, the hotel just lacks good entertainment for the standard it rates itself. Unfortunately the entertainment provided was more for the older generation and even then there isn't enough space in the area they put the entertainment so being able to watch was difficult. The drinks service at meal times is also hard to come by, we would finish our meal before we would even be offered a drink and only certain staff in the restaurant can take your order so ask to order was a nightmare too.

The staff are incredibly polite and helpful always a smile on there face, The rooms are spotless and spacious and depending on the room you choose the balcony’s are very large which is perfect if you want to chill out in your hotel room The hotel is a very short drive by taxi to Protaras main town which costs €10 or a bus that runs every 20mins. very quite and away from any noise, also a short walk to the beach. 5 Star

I can’t complain about anything

clean, newly refurbished rooms and communal areas, excellent breakfast selection

small reception area that would get really crowded during check in and check out, not enough room with concierge for luggage that had to be left around the reception area, bar food mostly fast food and of very low quality

The hotel was nice but it is not suitable for couples as it is more suitable for families. Not sure if this was written somewhere in the hotel specs, if it was I missed it. The hotel's restaurant "Elia" is an amazing one and the staff of the restaurant are very professional, helpful and polite. Would definitely visit the restaurant soon.

Due to the fact that the hotel is mostly for families, it is loud and noisy during the day. They also sent a staff member to check the room's fridge for missing staff during the day and if no answer he/she will keep knocking the door (waken me up).

Family room had a great layout. Pool/sea view. Friendly staff. Great pools. Free drinking water.

Room's A/C too noisy. Buffet Food selection was good but flavours poor.

Lovely new hotel with great rooms of sleek modern design & up to date tech. Four great pools for swimming, dipping & playing in from kiddy size to large. Fantastic mini water-park slides for the kids too. The restaurants were exceptional with great Cypriot/fusion food of high standard. The pork & beef dishes at the Elia were incredible. George, who runs the rooftop restaurant was especially inviting & a real professional & made us feel welcomed & special. The spa was top notch, Lilly gives a good firm & professional deep tissue massage in a cool relaxing atmosphere. Desk staff were always helpful & friendly. A really amazing 4 day, 4 star stay whilst travelling around the island.

Not much to dislike apart from not enough kid’s choice for allergy sufferers. Even the chicken nuggets were made with nuts, which is, nuts! oh & the snack sandwiches by the pool let the cuisine down as everything else was perfect.

The breakfast was excellent (there was so much to choose from). The room was very comfortable and I loved the bed. The hotel in general was modern and the staff very friendly. There were a lot of facilities which made your stay even nicer. You didn't even have to leave the hotel at all as it had everything you needed. The location is good but not very close to the centre however there is a bus stop right outside the hotel!

Everything was amazing, nothing I didnt like :)
