The food was amazing with a great variety of options to choosefrom. The service was great and the stuff was very friendly and attentive. Especially mr Fotis, who was particularly nice and always keen to make our experience extra special. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The facilities were all clean and very well kept.

I found it a bit strange that you could not order drinks from anywhere other than the bar, even for drinks included in the all inclusive plan.

Myself and my partner came to this hotel for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! This property is by far the best on the island in all aspects. Value for money is amazing, the facilities and hotel are beautiful and the staff go above and beyond. We couldn’t quite believe the quality of the food and drinks provided by the hotel in the all inclusive package and the hotel felt like we were in the Caribbean at times. The pool and poolside were stunning and there was no morning battle for sun-beds (that may be as it’s only May) however it was lovely to not have to battle with rude guests who insist on putting a towel on a sun lounger at 5am. The hotel was absolute bliss and we will be booking to return for a week in August! Thank you so much to all the staff at the hotel for making us feel so welcome we had such an amazing stay!

A wonderful hotel with a great GM and team looking after us. All modern, clean and with lots of special and personal touches. Breakfast and the food at Salty’s Bar were a highlight for us. Also the Hugo cocktail! Special thanks to Lori, Julieta, Maria and Kostas. Also the lovely ladies on reception and the kind man who replenished the breakfast buffet. The pools were spotless and cleaned by a super-friendly man. You are all stars! Green Bay is a very special place and was a real November sun-trap…

The wet lawn! Maybe the irrigation could go down a little in November? The Hamman and sauna need a sign or a rope across the entry when they are booked and in use. Maybe shorten the times too, 20 or 30 minute times rather than an hour?

Our stay at this hotel was excellent from the moment we checked in until we had to check out. We had originally reserved a one-night stay, but two minutes after entering our room, we decided to extend our stay. The staff was incredibly nice and caring, and the hotel and rooms were really gorgeous and clean, with wonderful meals and cocktails. I definitely regret not staying longer. I can't wait to be back!

I had an exceptionally good stay at Cavo Zoe. The grounds are beautiful and the atmosphere was beautifully relaxed throughout. The hotel was fully booked during my stay but I had no issues getting a sunlounger and good seat at breakfast every day (no need to run down early). The interior decor and external landscaping were complementary: modern and tasteful, and the rooms come with a sea view. My room was cleaned promptly each morning (often while I was at breakfast). The location was far enough away from the tourist centres to feel relaxed but an easy bus ride or longer walk to Protaras. All staff, from the cleaning team to reception to the restaurant were lovely and made me feel really welcome.

I would have loved some vegetarian protein options like chickpeas or tofu at dinner (the veggie options when I went were only carbs and salad) and veggie sausages at breakfast. The syrup cocktails were sickly sweet which discouraged me from using the Salty Bar.

I had an amazing stay at this modern and beautifully designed hotel. The overall atmosphere is stylish and relaxing, with a lot of attention to detail in the décor and layout. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job – the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The gym was fantastic – fully equipped and great air-conditioning. It also had large windows with an amazing view, which made workouts even more enjoyable. There are three large pools and one smaller pool, all cleaned daily.The pool areas are beautifully designed, with plenty of available sunbeds and a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. The food was truly a highlight. The kitchen offered different dishes every day, and everything was delicious! The dessert table was also fantastic, with a variety of fresh fruits, cakes, and cheeses. Special thanks to sous-chef George for consistently fresh, delicious, and varied meals. Big thanks to restaurant staff Saroj and Fotis—they were professional, polite, and attentive, making every dinner even more enjoyable. Huge shoutout to Tomas at the Salty Bar—he’s incredible! A true professional who clearly loves what he does. His cocktails are amazing, and his personality creates a fun, welcoming atmosphere. He is the heart and soul of the bar. A big thank you to Operations Manager Victoria, who ensures top-quality service and guest satisfaction. Her professionalism shows in every detail. Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended – we will definitely return!

Cavo Zoe was the best hotel we ever visited! We loved the style, facilities and peace around the hotel. The food was simple but very tasty, rooms are big and super comfortable. Special kudos to Stefan from the staff - always happy, helpful and very nice :) We would give 10 if not the small flaws mention below.

The gym needs a lot of improvement - some of the equipment is almost falling apart. It is also very dirty inside. The hairdryer is mounted to the wall and comes out through a drawer which makes it impossible to normally dry your hair - you need to squat to dry it. It also doesn't have temperature adjustment.

Honestly what a beautiful place! This was a last minute trip with a friend and we wanted to just relax and be in the sun. This place did not disappoint and I can see why it’s rated so highly. Fully justified! The staff were wonderful, the food excellent (and plentiful!), gym was great and views stunning. The buffet catered to a range of dietary needs, I’m mostly veggie and definitely didn’t go hungry.

Very little! If I was being (very) picky I would say ‘a side sea view’ is an overstatement. Our room was at the back of the hotel and overlooked the carpark. The gym isn’t open until 8am (although their online info says 9am). Ideally the hours would be extended a bit - I’m not sure there’s a reason to only be open when there’s no one monitoring it. The team could do with more staff at the pool bar too making drinks there was one poor lady rushed off her feet the whole time and the others didn’t seem allowed to make drinks.

A very chilled atmosphere with quality place, service and food. The bar tenders were amazing ensuring you would always have a great moment. A perfect place to relax, enjoy a great view and resource yourself. The Vanity spa can offer great massages and has a small but fine sauna and hammam. Reception will always ensure everything is fine for you and ready to answer any requests. The food, at the breakfast, lunch or dinner is really nice. Small buffet with enough quality choice. The cook can even make something more specific to your need if you want. Overall, the staff was really gentle making the stay really nice

The hotel is truly beautiful, just like in the photos. It has a lovely garden and plenty of pools. The staff are kind and friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel is peaceful – there's no loud music, making it a perfect place for a relaxing holiday where you just want to read and enjoy the surroundings. The food, in my opinion, is very diverse – every day there’s something new to try. Everything is well-seasoned and fresh. We would definitely recommend this hotel to people looking for peace, quiet, and a beautifully scented, calm environment.

The mattresses are quite high and soft, which may suit some, but it depends on your personal preference. If you're looking for a hotel with direct beach access, this might be a small drawback – the path leads over rocks to a smaller, but never crowded beach. We didn’t mind it, but for some, the walk could be a bit of a challenge.
