Huge room with a separate lounge area. I don't think they see many English tourists so communication can be difficult unless you speak a little German. The reception staff were really helpful though! Huge car park and very quiet area. Bus stop around the corner. Breakfast included was very nice.

Location is 3 miles miles outside the city and it almost feels like a total backwater. There is a supermarket ( close at 8 ) and a petrol station, and that's it! Feels very 1985 inside. There is no bar or evening restaurant here, so make sure to buy your own beer if you want a night to chill at the hotel.

That hotel is a very good option to stay at in Karlovy Vary. A clean, spacious room, a big, clean bathroom, tasty breakfast & free parking space. The city centre is just 20-minute walk away, but there`s also a bus stop just next to the hotel. Highly recommended.

Silent location, comfortable parking, very nice service staff. 10 minutes by bus 6 or 3 to Trznice, begining of Old Town.

The towels could be of better quality.

Clean, comfortable, very good breakfast with the British look ambience. the dining hall is very pretty and lovely. Just across the bus stop so a very good location.

the appearance of the room is very good, clean but the bed unfortunately needs to be replaced. Great breakfast, the appearance of the hotel inside and out, great, very large parking lot with an automatic gate.

the only problem is the worn out bed.

Easy to access from the main road. Easy parking. Nicely maintained garden. Superb breakfast! Good public transport link to city center. Petrol station, 2 supermarkets in 5 minutes walk. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

It was a really silent hotel, as it was at it was not close to the city centre, the personnelle was really friendly, speaking German more than English

The room was huge! It was great! Whenever we entered the room we felt good and fresh fragrance. It was nice and clean. The breakfast was really abundant and fresh and delicious. We could choose from many things.

If in the bathroom would have some hanger where to put the clothes that is nice

It's rather far from the center but with a car it takes about 5 minutes to get there.
