If you are a football fan staying in this hotel with a room overlooking the pitch for Slavia Karlovy Vary is an absolute must. It's a short walk into the city centre which is downhill all the way (that does mean it is uphill to get back to the hotel) The staff on reception day and night were courteous and helpful and there is a nice quiet space if you need to get some work done or have time alone.

For some weird reason the mattress is bigger than the base of the bed which means it is possible for it to slide off and the carpet in the rooms is dated but overall the hotel is great.

The location is very convenient, close to city center and also close to spa facilities. Lovely viev of the mountains, peacefull surroundings, near the old cemetery an lovely nature walks. My room was very cozy with attached balcony, adjustable heat, daily cleaning and super comfortable bed. For the TV lovers, big screen smart TV was attached to the wall.

There is nothing really what would need any improvement.

A clean and pleasant hotel near the historical part of the city, in a quiet area with a large parking lot. We stayed for the second time and will definitely come back again. Very nice and friendly service

It is a pity that the decor of the reception area has been changed, previously it was cozier, the vending machine with hot drinks has disappeared. No more objections :)

Nice and helpful staff. The location is good, not too far from the main attraction. Plenty of parking spaces if you come by car.

The bed pillows are way too big and hard. I did stay for only one night, but I don't recommend it for more days. The room has a tiny table, smaller than a laptop. Slow WiFi internet.

A pretty good double bed room we booked! A good deal for the price. The fact that the entire building was hospital before now converted to a hotel is dope. We loved our stay and the staff‘s were sweet. A 10 minute walk to the city center is not bad for the location.

A very comfortable room with nice decor. Free parking exactly opposite. We enjoyed the walk into town and back. Good value for money.

No dark curtains or blinds. Some people might not want to walk down the hill into town.

We arrived in the city at about 10:00. Check in was at 14:00, but after calling the hotel, the receptionist lady was nice enough to let us park our backpacks at the hotel while we explored the city. It was quite a climb from downtown to the hotel, but we didn't mind the exercise (in fact we needed some after a bit of indulging). Watch out if you're carrying heavy luggage, though. It could be challenging. We came back to the hotel in the evening to check in and got a room on the 4th floor. They've got some funky fish art in the stairwell. The bedroom is connected to a balcony overlooking a football pitch at the back of the hotel. Not bad. The bed was comfortable. Toilet and shower were separate, with the toilet not having a sink. The shower room was comfortably spacious, and the shower water temperature was well adjustable between hot and cold. Overall, an excellent room for a reasonable price.

The toilet was wobbly. No sink in the toilet. The automatic light in the stairwell was weird, maybe they should reprogram the timing a bit. These are minor details, which didn't affect the overall stay that much.

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Room with balcony (beautiful view) and very comfortable (!) mattress. Clean and cozy. Beautiful and spacious breakfast room. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere.

No blow-drier in the bathroom, but the staff at the reception provided me with one, which was really nice. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The shower cabins are very small, which was okay for me, but taller/bigger persons might have problems. As for the breakfast buffet, besides the sausages and ham, warm meatless options like baked beans or potato wedges would be a nice bonus, as well as more cereals (like oat flakes).

Good location with free parking. Simple but satisfactory breakfast. Great budget option.

Rooms need renovation, small showers and some are with mold. The cleaning is minimal during the stay, mostly only towel changes. Lack of breakfast change during the stay. Also did not notice an AC, so not sure how hot it is in the summer.

Wifi signal is good, beds are vary spacious, several towels, gel and shampoo in a bathroom. The hotel is in a good place, you can easily reach main city attractions. There is an elevator. Parking is spacious too. I really really loved breakfast: cooked eggs, sausages, several types of bread, several types of jam, cereal, fruits, apple pie, cold apple or orange juice, water, super coffee from a machine, teabags. Super breakfast!!!

Bathroom needs to be reniewed, looks old, looks dirty even if it's not. Hotel should change the look of bathroom because room looks great.
