Room Service is a bet low I booked a room and i got another one ( downgraded) saying that the pictures were incorrect

This hotel ticked every box. Beautiful decor, spacious and well maintained rooms, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Watching TV proved tricky - downloading an app is a prerequire but the app itself cannot be downloaded due to IT issue on the first night of arrival with technician already off duty. Duty manager came round to try in resolving and was polite. Promised to follow up first thing next day and it did work afterwards. But not able to watch TV on a flick of a physical remote control on/off switch perhaps is a matter that tourists want to think twice if the goal is just to come and totally get relaxed. This may be an odd issue, yet this was the issue we faced. No other gestures/ offer to make up our this slight inconvenience.

Everything! The most impactful aspect was the client experience. The team is genuinely friendly and caring. They are attentive to details, like for example, on the first morning breakfast we asked for a table near the window, and supervisor gave us one and the following days she would make sure we have this table. My partner had a birthday and they brought a cake and champagne to our room. Besides that location is central city but quiet and calm. Our best regards to all the team, specially to Pedro Alves (Customer Experience Specialist) who was always available and attentive to our needs. Thank you, all!

breakfast - for 5 star needs to have more variety and options. another issue for halal and kosher customers cold cuts should be served and placed separate as beef or poultry should not be mixed with pork as it was done!

The suite was very spacious and the bathroom too! It was a modern hotel that opened since 3 years only but all the staff were experienced and welcoming. The room service was good (even though they don’t speak English which made it difficult at some time to get our request and comments) The breakfast had a lot of options that suits all tastes. The location is perfect at the old town of Prague , all places were easily reachable. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

The location is perfect, just outside the old town. Beautiful renovated building and the most modern and luxurious furnishings and decor. A wonderful check-in experience and the gent took the time to point out some lesser known parts of the city on the map. We didn't catch the porter's name who showed us to the room (the younger guy) but he was brilliant, explained everything in the room and had a little chat. Made a brilliant first impression and welcomed us warmly. Room was modern and comfortable, we had a balcony too which was nice to sit out on and relax. Breakfast and the restaurant was a real highlight for us. Breakfast is a buffet selection in addition to a really modern, tasty and interesting a la carte menu. All included. Some nice options like turkish eggs and an amazing French toast dish. Lunch at restaurant also excellent. There are modern Czech options as well as asian (sashimi, sushi etc), not fusion. We liked it a lot. Thanks for such an enjoyable stay!

Location is perfect, everything still smells like new, gym OK, staff very friendly, everyone.

Breakfest was a joke, too few guest, its difficult to make buffet with low occupancy, I understand that. I would recommend to buy room without breakfest and find something around, it will be tastier and cheaper

This hotel is beautiful and finely finished! Coffee and fine teas in the rooms, rain shower, auto sensor nightlights, climate control in the room, bluetooth speaker, doorbell....truly all the bells and whistles! They really thought about the guests when designing this hotel! The breakfast was a buffet coupled with a small menu. Great selection! They had a dog bed and food/water bowls for our dog. We felt very catered to!

The pillows were a bit flat. I would not pay the extra rate for the view. It's not a landmark view but rather a street/tram stop view.

From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel welcomed by the entry corridor, the fresh smell, the interior and the friendly staff. the quality of the interior finishing is immaculate, every corner is a piece of art. Having access to the coffee machine at the lobby in addition to the one in the room is a great plus. you can make yourself a cup of coffee and grab a book from the unique selection of books at the lobby and have a lovely quite time. Also the water cleaning nozzle a the toilet is a great addition. The hotel is located in a central area while not in the center of the crowdy tourist places.
