Everything was so well prepared and clean. The staff were very attentive to our needs and helpful at any time. Our room had the sea view which made the room so appealing. We couldn’t have chosen any better location, we were able to walk everyday at the promenade and sometimes had dinner outside the hotel as well. You find so many places around the hotel to go to. Breakfast at the hotel was very delicious the chefs were everyday in the breakfast hall welcoming everyone and serving such lovely pastries and food. They served different varieties of food to choose from. We connected so well with so many from the staff, which was truly lovely and made the stay at the hotel truly special.

Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of variety. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good gym. Amazing view and a well-maintained private beach.

There is nothing I didn't like.

I had an amazing 7 nights at this place. From the very start till the end. All the staff were super friendly including Fadi, Mahmoud (Shisha host) Mohammad from reception, Rimon the manager, El badry the cleaner and so many more to name that took so much care of us. All the facilities were up to date and working. This place looks so much more better than what you see on the pictures. They have an amazing pool with the beach right behind it, activities to keep you busy all day. I would definitely recommend you all staying here and booking it. Honestly I had no complaints at all this place. Can’t wait to visit again for sure. Thank you guys once again.

The service was super friendly and fast. They tried their best to accommodate all our needs. They even offered our friend who arrived at 6 am free breakfast and early check-in on the day of arrival. They also called during the stay to make sure that we were satisfied and have no complains. The cleanliness level was good The breakfast was tasty and they offered both western and oriental options The rooms were spacious and had awesome sea and pool view Although it was written on booking that there was no free wifi, we actually found free wifi at the hotel room. The hotel's location is premium in one of the best touristic areas in Hurghada

Bath tub and doors may need some maintenance and there was no valet at the parking, but other than that everything was almost perfect and it was certainly good value for money.

The hotel was amazing. Very nice with private beach. Seawater Chrystal clear. Nice pool view from the balcony. The buffet was good. They also have Mediterranean and Italian restaurant. The food was pretty decent. There are shows every night at the pool. Staff are nice and friendly. They all greet you with smile, and try to assist you. The service is 5 star, no doubt. Made the stay a great experience.

The facilities are a little old, although the room was nice and clean, with amazing view

Very well maintained rooms, we stayed at the Villa with a private pool. Service and response times by the entire staff were brilliant. The reception and were extremely accommodating to all our requests. Best of all was the presence of an on-site doctor, who dealt with our issue and had us enjoying our holiday within a couple of hours. We were on the all-inclusive package and the food served at the buffet was varied and delicious. Great live evening entertainment shows for the entire family. This hotel has its own private beach and a harbour.

Possibly a private jacuzzi in the Villa would be an added bonus as most five star villas in other countries offer this.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, super clean, the service is amazing, everyone is incredibly friendly, genuine, accommodating and professional, special thanks to the reception team who helped with all of our fussy requests, the canteen worker Mahmoud Abd Alshfy who made our day with his positive energy and Bedo from the animation team who organised the amazing partying part of our holiday and who we had good chats with. The food was gorgeous - great variety of meals, they do grill outside every day as well and cook a lot of meals in front of you 🤌🏼 The food quality and taste are outstanding! You HAVE TO go to their shisha bar, I have shisha quite often, but the one there was the best I’ve ever had! Amazing cocktails too and the prices are weirdly very low. They have lots of activities, parties, games, entertainment pretty much non stop. Also they’ve got spa and Beaty salon, can recommend both 🙌🏼

I recently stayed at the Continental Hotel in Hurghada, Egypt, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel is situated on the most amazing beach I've ever seen—crystal clear waters and pristine sands made every day unforgettable. The food was exceptional, easily some of the best I've tasted in Egypt, with a great mix of local and international dishes. But what really made our stay special was the staff. They couldn't do enough for us, always attentive and friendly. I want to give a particular shoutout to Manager Rimon. We arrived feeling stressed after a 29-hour flight delay and a last-minute booking, but Rimon went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He helped us resolve some issues we were facing and his genuine hospitality turned our trip around. Rimon is a total asset to the hotel, and he's the main reason we'll be booking to stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hurghada!

I had recent back surgery so this hotel which I’ve stayed in many times is very compact and flat. the restaurant & bars are next to Reception & the room was on the ground floor next to the pool. it’s a very short walk to the gardens & beach. The staff allowed an extra extension stay in the room free of charge as I had a late flight. This was so kind

I like everything. The staff are exceptional & are very helpful & attentive.
