Everything was absolutely amazing. Its all the staff from the reception to the waiters and the chefs all the pool staff just everyone treats you like royalty. The resort is amazing. Everything was just perfect. Everyone just makes sure your having the best stay possible it's 5star everything!! . I wish I could have got everyone's names because they all deserve the best reviews possible!! .. the place is an absolute must stay!! The Food was amazing the rooms were amazing everything was just unbelievable!! Seriously words cannot describe its just a Must stay!!

Comfortable room, superb beach facilities and very professional lifeguards, waiters at the pool bar were also very nice.

We weren’t informed anything on check-in, no restaurant no bar no entertainment info nothing. This could be improved. The animation and entertainment was super weak, almost nothing for entertainment.

I had booked a night as a way to relax after our scuba diving holidays, but also to celebrate the engagement to my now fiancee just a day earlier. I made a request to have champagne ordered to the room upon our arrival and this was done beautifully with a flower arrangement on the bed as well to welcome us. The food was excellent (something we really were looking forward to) and the pool was a very nice place to be to soak in some sun and relax. The Check-in staff Bishoy and Mary were extremely kind and helpful for any requests we had, always finding a solution that far exceeded anything I could hope for. It made our stay truly wonderful and we look forward to returning because of this.

The only very small trouble we had was closing the curtain for privacy when in the bath tub, while still having access to the room, as it was fixed to the left start of the rail. this was resolved by me unhooking one side so it could slide all the way to the right. Otherwise absolutely excellent resort.

We completed our third wonderful stay at Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle! The beautifully fragrant reception area and spacious suites continue to impress us every time. The food variety is excellent throughout the resort, with Alex Restaurant being our absolute favorite. Under Hanna Gerges' outstanding leadership, the service is truly exceptional. The entire staff team delivers awesome, attentive service that makes every moment special. Special thanks to Mahmoud/Mohamed Atta and Marie at reception, Mona Mohammed in the kitchen, Merna at Gourmet, Marian at Alex, and Mahmoud Mohamed for his excellent barista skills. This compliment is outstanding. Regrettably, my flight was delayed, prompting me to inquire with the reception about the possibility of a one or two-hour late checkout. However, this request was not feasible. Remarkably, Mr. George, the receptionist, informed me that I could proceed with the standard checkout at 12 pm and continue to enjoy the resort's facilities as usual. Additionally, he assured me that a fully furnished room would be available for my convenience to shower and change before my departure. I vacated the resort at 5 pm.

Everything was great. Excellent staff especially George and Bishoy at the front desk and Ahmed from house keeping. The white color everywhere is relaxing. Delicious food, thanks chef Hany who made us a special dish. All the main restaurant staff were helpful and friendly, especially Mirna, Mariam and Alaa. Alex beach restaurant was amazing and all its staff especially Abdel Rahman. The jacuzzi suite was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the magnificent landscape and the nice beach. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

We're fortunate to have travelled a fair bit and stayed at some lovely hotels for both work and pleasure. Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle is a fantastic hotel with all the usual elements which make a great hotel but what really makes this stand out against anywhere else are the staff. After reading the very positive reviews before staying I was a little sceptical but the staff really are amazing, always super warm, friendly, helpful & fun, always remembering the small details about drinks etc. We can't wait to stay again next year and really hope the same team will be working. Thank you to everybody there, we had an amazing week.

The best hotel ever and most welcoming staff especially Amen in pool bar, Alaa in gourmet restaurant and the head cheif Assem , Mahmoud atta and Mary bbawy in reception and Mr. Sobhy manager in the pool bar. All staff work with the most welcoming and professional manner. Good location and comfortable room and tasty food. I enjoyed my stay and the hotel. Many activities you can do, and quick reponse 24 hours if i order anything.

Loved every single thing about this resort. The staff were exceptional, super friendly, they couldn't do enough for us and everyone else. The food was amazing, especially the sushi and lunch at Alex's restaurant. The rooms, the beach, the spa. Just perfection. Hated the crazy at work though, lots of female faces with glaring eyes. Bedrooms and bars, not conducive to relaxing. 😬
