Location is great, staff and management were doing a great job answering any of our concerns or questions. Greeting you nicely every time you enter the hotel.

Added bed to our room was not comfortable at all. Smoking in the main floor with signs showing No Smoking is not enforced. Operators of shops leding the the elevator are smoking.

We loved our stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel. This hotel is of a high standard with good facilities, such as our room, shower, air conditioning, housekeeping and has bank and ATM facilities. The rooftop swimming pool is fantastic and towels were provided. However, the rooftop bar was good for serving drinks, but we were disappointed with the food. The burger was too salty and overcooked. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and varied, with a variety of juices. It was great that you could order an omelette, if you so wished. The security at the hotel was excellent and there was a tour desk, if you wanted to be taken somewhere. We used this service and was very pleased with our driver and guide Mohammed. The only negative point, is the hand gel. The dispenser was empty. This was a disappointment. If guests use a dining room, they should be able to disinfect their hands, before they enter. After reporting this to management, the dinning room dispenser was replenished, but many others around the hotel, were left empty. Hopefully, this will improve for guests in the future. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our stay ar Radisson Blu and would use their services again.

I really liked the room—it felt spacious and bright, which made it comfortable to spend time in. The in-room iron was very convenient, and the complimentary water, coffee, and tea were thoughtful touches. The breakfast was also quite good, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, the hotel gave off a welcoming and relaxed vibe.

While the room itself was clean, the bathroom could have been better maintained. There were small cleanliness issues, and I was surprised to find there was no toilet brush or some basic hygiene items. These are small details, but they do make a difference. Still, for the price, it’s a great value and I would consider staying here again.

Room service was quite bad, particularly for a, hotel so close to the airport: no pizza after 11pm (tried ordering it is at 11:10😢😰), Plus, the speed: to get a Greek salad they estimated 30-40 min (after I learnt I couldn't order a pizza). A "free" shuttle costs $8 per person and it it also paying for, a, small child, a, full adult fate (should have used Uber) And yes, one of the above reviews was right: water suddenly gets boiling hot for sec. Really scary actually

When we booked an excursion online with another company, they wanted us to meet them further into the city and would not collect us from our hotel. The location is close to the airport but further from the attractions in Cairo. We also had a small issue with our pickup from the airport. The man that came to help us suggested that we pay more money. This caused confusion at the front desk which also lead to the front desk calling our room late at night.

Hotel staff were very friendly, spoke English well enough, and were very helpful with aligning our additional, independently booked room for 1x night, with that booked for us per a group tour who arrived the following day (happily, we did not need to check out and back in again). The onsite restaurant serves an assortment of very tasty food per the buffet. The Superior Room was relatively quiet and clean, and was a great size for 2x people with a couple of luggage bags each. The mattresses were very comfortable. The location is an easy 5-minute drive from the airport, and only approximately 35 minutes from Downtown by Uber if you travel outside of peak traffic times.

The bathroom was a little outdated but was functional.

I liked everything in my stay in Radisson from A to Z. Staff are great and always welcoming and charming. The location is amazing as it’s close to the airport as well as to all services including some big malls. That being said, however, the food at the Italian restaurant the hotel offers wasn’t tasty at all. I ordered room service at noon around 16:00pm. I ordered lambs, beef burger, pizza some salad and smoked salmon. Nothing from the list was even fair. I asked for a refund and the hotel CEO was was helpful and understanding with further arguments. Really liked how they managed this incident. So basically I didn’t receive a refund but in exchange i was able to check-out late at 5 O’clock. Though the price of late check-out was 35$ and my order was 78$, it was quite an acceptable bargain, bearing in mind I only have one night to check out and the process of refund may take few days. So wasn’t ready to keep checking on that as I wanna chill. Overall experience is OUTSTANDING. Thumbs up to receptionist, house cleaning, room service, laundry, hotel manager and baggage carriers. And absolutely will pay the hotel another visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and the service is excellent. The Room Division Manager is very professional, and the Guest Relations officer, Deena, is extremely kind, polite, and always made sure to ask how everything was going. The staff truly does their best to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. I have stayed here before, and I will definitely return whenever I am in Cairo.

The staff of customer experience was welcome. All the staff was with smiley face. Room was wide. Location was good for me since it was close to my training location, and you can reach everything by Taxi or ubur. But i recommend other location for tourism purpose.

They need to give more attention for room cleanliness, and housekeeping performance. Bad smell come out from Toilet due to issue in sink, i was not call him for this since i don't like waiting them to repair something they should repair before give room to guest. Towels was really old and they should stop use them anymore. Breakfast was not varied compared to Radisson blu istanbul and any 5 stars hotel.
